Exceeded My Expectations!!
After thoroughly researching cordless bagless stick vacuum cleaner options I chose the Perago over Dyson, Shark, or the many newer Dyson-like vacuums now available online. Factoring into my decision was the fact that I could easily contact Perago through their website as I received prompt, thorough responses to my questions prior to purchase. Perago's quickvac is light, takes up minimal storage area, stands on it's own (which many other models don't). I am pleased with the ease of use and suction is awesome for my tile floors as well as throw rugs. I have a large home with lots of carpet so I plan to use on my carpets just for cleaning up messes quickly. This Perago does do a great job on my carpeted stairway! The run time per charge is more than adequate to do my routine cleaning several times between charging if I choose to do so. Pricewise, the Perago is much less costly than many other brands.

Ease of use and power for lt weight.
The following was my initial review. FIVE months out it won't work. Starts for a few seconds fully charged and dies. Have cleaned everything. Too late to return so not a happy camper.Wow. This very light weight vacuum has been a miracle to me. I had to pay a person to vacuum as I could not lift or handle a regular vacuum anymore. To say this is frustrating is sn understatement as needs pop up daily. This vacuum seemed lime a toy upon opening. Uh. "This is going back". But after the ease of putting it together I charged it and it was a m a z i n g. No cord to hassle with, soooo lightweight even I could do it and everything lifted off hardwood and carpet. I know Ill need a deeper clean still but for this type of vacuum, with an extended pole it has been wonderful!!! Take it to car, RV etc..

FULLS UP TOO FAST
Very powerful but have to clean out too often. Also, some objects get stuck in intake so unit starts backing up fast.Filter is not that effective for powder.

Great sucktion and battery life , no docking station
Great suction ,light weight, and the battery last , the reasons I didn't give it a five star is the canister, too small and not as easy to empty like the shark Navigator witch has a good canister set up , but bad battery and the power switch or relay is intermittently not working.

Effective, Loud and Cumbersome
This vac does pick up dust, litter and even cat hair very well on hard floors and low carpet. Have not used on deep carpet. However, the noise volume is absolutely deafening! Cannot use in my cat’s room while she is in there and that is what I bought it for! Also, the detachable handheld portion is heavy and cumbersome. Removing it for above floor cleaning is difficult and takes way too long to do continuously if using in a large area. Hated having to remove it which is necessary to empty it. Can really only recommend if you are strong, patient and already hard of hearing or willing to use ear plugs!

BEST LITTLE DEVICE I HAVE EVER BOUGHT!
I have used it for over three years ... here's what I will tell you. It's perfect, the catch bin is made out of plastic so you can rinse it clean from time to time and it's a simple task just to dump the trash out. I use mine for vacuuming up cat liter, I have three cats with two boxes and this keeps the area tidy. The battery last a long time, very surprising actually and the suction is strong, much stronger then all the other handhelds I have ever used. Is it worth the price, YES and that's why I am buying one as a gift and another one for when the one I have gives up the ghost ... which could be a long time, it's as strong as the day I bought it ... three years ago!

Vacuum totally died after using it 3 times.
I was loving this vacuum then after only using it three times it quit working. I noticed the second time I used it when I pressed the power button it shorted out, but then it turned on so I didn't worry about it. When I went to use it this last time it turned on just fine then it just died on me in the middle of vacuuming, it was only running maybe three minutes when it died. This vacuum has so much power and keeps its charge longer than any cordless I've ever had so I'm going to exchange it for another one and hope that I don't have the same problem.

Awesome Vacuum for Area Rugs
I bought the Perago vacuum about a year ago for quick cleanup use in a house with thick carpet and laminate flooring. Although I originally used this vacuum on the hard floor areas, I have discovered that this model is also perfect for lightweight area rugs.I recently moved into a house with stained and polished cement floors throughout, and I covered about 60% of the floor with large oriental-style area rugs. I discovered immediately that the Perago was perfect for vacuuming this type of floor covering - both wool and synthetic. I realized after one attempt that a normal upright vacuum will effectively chew up decorator and loop-style area rugs because they are not attached to the floor. But the Perago does a superb job of removing dirt without sucking the rugs up into the roller. I have learned, however, not to vacuum up large 'dust bunnies' from a long-haired dog with this machine, because the fur wraps around the brush, as it does with all vacuums which don't have a mechanical brush roller cleaner.I was also impressed with how well the Perago holds a charge. I can vacuum for over 30 minutes without any loss of suction. Also, while I was in the process of moving, the Perago was not plugged in or used. When I started it up after the move, it was as if it had been charging all that time. Please refer to the photo I have attached which shows the order in which to re-assemble the dirt cannister parts after taking it apart to wash the foam filter. These photos were sent to me by Perago customer service. It took less than 60 seconds to re-assemble. It is NOT necessary to dis-assemble it to simply empty the dirt cup, however. That's a 20 second activity - click, click.
