The Hadley One Shoulder Bag from Billingham is an extremely well-made and engineered shoulder bag that will protect a camera body, several lenses (depending on system, of course), and numerous accessories in the two large front pockets. It is nicely padded all around, and quite customizable via optional pouches and dividers, which are also quite well-made. Accessories such as Billingham Avea Pouches (also water-resistant) can be strapped onto the bag. The super-strong 2" wide shoulder strap is removable, and accepts a very comfortable shoulder pad that is recommended when using the bag at or near capacity. I would Highly recommend the Billingham Hadley One Shoulder Bag to any photographer who values gear protection, durability, customization, wearing comfort, and capacity, over "quick access".

Like many photographers, the search for the perfect camera bag is akin to seeking the Holy Grail and, like many photographers, I have more than one bag that supposedly was "The One". LOL. I have several Billingham bags for my cameras, my favourite ones being the 335 for my Nikon full frame and APS(C) sized gear and the 225 for my Olympus mirrorless cameras. However, trying to lug those bags around fully loaded puts a heck of a strain on my back, so I decided to go down the route of using the 335 & 225 bags as storage bags and just taking what I need in a smaller bag. Enter the Billingham Hadley One. This bag is pretty much perfect for my needs. I can carry a Nikon D810 plus a 50mm and a 24-120mm with ease and likewise a Nikon D500 with a 35mm, a 16-85mm and a 70-300mm. In the two front dump pockets I usually have spare batteries, spare SD cards, cleaning cloths and a couple of ND filters. This bag swallows the lot and thanks to the wide two inch shoulder strap with the SP50 pad attached it doesn't feel very heavy at all. As usual, the Hadley One, like the rest of Billingham's products, is made from the finest materials to the highest of standards. They may be expensive, but they are expensive for that reason. Buy cheap - Buy twice, as the old saying goes. This bag will last a lifetime and then some.Overall I'm very impressed with this bag and will continue to use it as my light carry bag for the considerable future - until the next incarnation of the photographer's Holy Grail comes along to tempt me. Very highly recommended.

Wonderful, wonderful bag, absolutely superb build quality and workmanship. I have been hankering after one of these bags for more years than I care to remember but I have never quite been able to justify it. However now, with a my work requiring more travel and the now mandatory requirement to have my laptop with me it was a no brainer. As a size, it sits between the Hadley Pro and Hadley Pro Large and it is ideal for me, its weather sealed, light and has a magical luggage strap! I can now attach it to my suitcase with ease.I cant emphasis enough how well made this bag is, and I am so pleased with the purchase I dont know why I waited so long! Recommended

Excellent quality, as should be expected for the high price. This is a wonderful camera bag. My one gripe would be the number of things that are classed as "extras", which you would think might be included, for example the leather shoulder pad for the strap.

This bag feels like it will last for many years. The bag is multipurpose, camera bag,laptop bag, or for travellingLooking forward to being able to taking the bag on holidays when it is safe to do so !
