The media could not be loaded.  On my 3rd time using it, the roller was restricted in movement. It was great 2 days ago, now it’s unusable. Water pressure alone should be able to get it spinning, now I have to actually apply a little pressure as seen in the video to move it. Can’t consider it reliable for long term use.

As someone who prefers a DIY approach to skincare, because let’s face it, no one knows our skin better than us. This is great and saves me tons of money and time. When using I make sure I had days without anything on my calendar so that I don’t have to show face during the heal time. Really glad I found this. Great tool to have at home

I chose the 0.30 mm derma roller. I've read a lot about the benefits from microneedling and wanted to try it out myself. Sanitation is very important, so have a lot of alcohol available for cleaning and disinfecting. Anyways, on arrival, the derma roller was well packaged and sealed. It came in its own plastic storage case, which really helps with keeping it isolated and protected both at home and when travelling. The design is very simple: it's lightweight and rolls easily. All of this means it's very easy to use. I first tried it over my arm and felt the needles but I didn't have any adverse skin reactions. I'm excited to use it over some scars and hopefully they lighten up a bit.

Got the Derma Roller in the 0.30mm size since I have never used one before. The box comes with instructions for use, but I also watched a few videos on YT before trying it. After applying a hyaluronic acid serum to my face, I ran the roller gently over my face. I only used light pressure with the roller, but it was still quite uncomfortable. Decided to apply a light layer of night cream to my face to see if that would lessen the discomfort. After a single treatment, I did not feel that it made a difference. After reading some other reviews, I had not expected it to be as painful as it was.I did disinfect the roller with alcohol before and after use. I only had some mild redness after the use and my skin looked fine the next morning. I am hoping to see some improvement in skin tone after a few more uses. I also have a couple of scars on my face from skin cancer surgery, and I am hoping the Derma Roller will help lessen the appearance of them over time. I will update the review after I use it a few more times.The roller comes with a convenient plastic storage case to keep it clean between uses. Overall, I am pleased with the Derma Roller and would recommend the product.

I had a roller before that lasted me a long time but I ended up giving away still in great condition. This one on the other hand is horrible. The quality is so bad that whenever you use it it makes loud sounds cause it’s so loose. I got this 3 days ago and the roller is already extremely stiff it takes so much force for it to roll and since I’m using it on my face it’s impossible to use. Unfortunately I threw the box away so I can’t return it, wish I could give it 0 stars.

This is a very comfortable and painless way to derma roll your skin. I'm shocked at the difference between this and another that I have (1.0mm). Of course, I shouldn't be as this is .25mm (very short tine) vs. the other which is roughly 4 times longer tines.The difference in comfort is quite dramatic.I'm convinced from doing online research that these needle rollers can help lessen the visual effect of several scars I have, one most notable being on the side of my head just forward and slightly above my left ear. Having seen what other people have gotten in terms of results makes me extremely hopeful.I would point out that (from my own research) those marks and scars that have become keloids do not see the same improvements with derma rolling.This is also a great therapy for those with fine lines and wrinkles.This is a well made roller that comes in a clear, hard plastic case with an interesting facetted design. I don't believe that my photos were able to pick that feature up.The handle is very well shaped and comfortable, and the unit itself is very light and rolls easily.I read that it's a good idea to immerse the roller end in alcohol prior to use to disinfect, and that one should apply an aseptic to the skin prior to rolling.Since derma rolling is most effective without breaking the skin or drawing blood, this is a solid choice.

I have three of these from this brand, and this is the longest. They've served me well, and I'm so thrilled we are able to do this needling at home these days, and at this price.So for this 1.5mm roller, look up some additional information and instructions. The smaller rollers can run on just a clean face and you'll look normal again in a day - these ones though, will produce blood AND light scabbing. So we're talking, do this on a Friday after work, and you'll *probably* look normal on Monday.Now, it only takes 3 uses of this size roller, 1month apart, to get clinical results... But if you're new to it, maybe try one of their smaller ones first!
