Phenomenal. Love love love these in the master bath. They look great, installed fairly easily. Like others have said, they have a rubberized(?) coating, so it feels very soft to the touch. Towels stay on without a problem. Hooks came in a small box and are individually wrapped in cloth baggies to prevent scratches. One of the cheapie anchors pulled out immediately after installation, so I put in a screw type anchor, and it did the trick.We put the hooks up high and didn't want to see the set screws, so I loosened the screw that attaches the peg to the base and rotated the base 180 degrees so the set screw was at the top. Looks much better.My ONLY issue was that we wanted 4 hooks on one wall by the shower and two towel rings on either side of the vanity, so I bought this set of two hooks as well as two towel ring/hook combos by the same manufacturer. Unfortunately the diameter of the small bar(?) that points up is a smaller diameter for the hooks that came with the towel rings. I gave a review for the ring/hook combo too with pictures. 99% of the time, a towel will be hanging on the hooks and no one will be the wiser, so I won't ding a star since they look great.For the people who gave 1 star on this item because they had trouble with the set screw, here is the simple solution: you didn't hammer in the plastic anchor into your wall enough. Unscrew the base plate and lightly tap the anchor with a hammer so it's flush with the wall. Viola! You won't be disappointed.

Looks great but the jury is still out. I think this hook has a design flaw that makes it hard to install. There's a set screw at the bottom that holds the hook against the base. Problem is: the set screw has to be tightened to such precise tolerances that it's hard to get it right. If you don't tighten it enough, it won't do its job and grip the base; but you can't tighten it too much or it will go all the way through and the whole thing falls apart. I think the set screw just isn't quite long enough...you can't really tighten it where it feels tight. Or maybe the base needs to be bigger... or something. Anyway, if you get it just right, it all works. But if you're not careful taking your towel off the hook, the hook will fall right off the wall. I've started keeping an allen wrench in a bathroom drawer for the next time it falls off.Update: manufacturer sent me a new, longer set screw after reading my review. They said they knew of the problem and that they’ve fixed it in their newer stock. I haven’t tried the new screw yet because the old one is hanging tight for now. I appreciate their response and added a star.

We have these in our guest bath, i love how they look with my black floatig vanity and the finish feels so nice and soft to the touch, like a really smooth and velvety silicone type of finish. Very sturdy as well. Def recommend

These are a great match for our Grohe fixtures but cost 1/3 as much as the Grohe hooks. They're easy to install, are sturdy, and look great. We can't seem to have enough of these and have put them in all of our bedroom closets.
