Great for working out in my pool
Very easy to use to get a great resistance work out in a pool. Great resistance with the dumbbells for all kinds of strength exercises.

Water weights!
My daughter started swimming for XC this summer and was told to add aerobic weights. I’m sure there are other weights available, however this is a great buy and was lots of fun.

Wishing items were separate
Gloves appear to be separated at the seam after only 3 water aerobics classes. The dumbbells are great for working out in the pool, offering good resistance. The belt is not useful for a small adult

Good product
I bought these to help with my work out. The waist one has been hard to me to adjust to fit. Other than that. I use them basically every day and I like them.

Good Workout in the water!!
Purchased for my husband as he needs to get more fit in order to have his back surgery. He uses everything in the package and has a great workout. Unable to got to the gym, these are perfect for the pool.
