ASURION 4 Year Kitchen Protection Plan ($50 - $59.99)

I bought a three-year Asurion plan based upon my first experience buying a Ninja coffee maker; the first one lasted only three years, and when I decided to buy the same model ( with some hesitation, but it worked really well), I decided to buy the plan. Well last Saturday, it decided to fry itself two months after the year warranty was out. I filed a claim and was emailed an Amazon gift card the next day- super easy! The only thing to mention- be prepared to send your item back; I had luckily saved the packaging, but mailing an item back could be a pain for bulky, odd-shaped objects like a coffee maker.

They trusted me and refunded the product.The refund system is easy to understand.

My Amazon Basics coffee maker was not filling coffee cups to the right amount of ounces that I selected. After attempting to fix the problem on my own, it became obvious that something was wrong with the machine. Its is 1.5 years after I purchased the item.I did an online form submission, and had to speak with an agent to finalize the claim. They've made the process longer now and require pdfs of the Amazon order and the warranty order as well as filling out a form. After being approved on that end, they sent me a return label and I was issued an Amazon giftcard 24 hours after dropping off the Coffee Maker to UPS. I had ordered the same model on Amazon already as a replacement, so I used the same box to ship the item back which made packing it up very easy.

So I also buy this insurance place purchasing a large item from Amazon ( turns out this insurance is actually separated from Amazon; so is NOT Amazon’s flaunt!!! ), so I try to file a claim for one of the item I bought and was broke not working properly so I called th Asurion procreation company, give them the order number and the insurance purchase number and they keep saying because the insurance was cover for something else they will NOT let me file the claim and told me to call Amazon, even thou I explained to the representative the item number and the insurance was bought on the same date!!!! And NO other things and he kept saying the insurance I bought was support to cover something I bought 3 weeks after I bought the insurance?!?!?!DO NOT buy from this Asurion protection again, it’s more like a scam!!!!! Again; NOT Amazon, turns out they are it’s separate.Anyway; I will NEVER EVER waste my money on this Asurion thing again!!!!

I have used Asurion protection on several products and have had excellent experiences in all cases. Most recently I had a pool thermometer that failed about a month after warranty. Asurion covered a complete refund of original product price. They emailed a pre-paid parcel voucher for return of the damaged product and quickly provided an Amazon gift card easily applied to my account.Easy and reliable. I recommend especially for products that are subject to tougher conditions.

If you are getting a small appliance, or a yard too. Get them. It's worth the hassle as things nowadays just font last, and this company will honor the warranty by fixing , replacing, or refunding your miney.

Have only used this once on a tiller. Didn't have a problem with it.
