This product works as advertised. It's easy to use and effect: relieves tight knotted muscles and fascia. A longer one would be more effective on lower back but I bought this for the size so I can take it with me when I travel.

It’s not as good at reaching the hard to reach places but for everything else, it does what it’s supposed to do. I believe the arch is too small. I can’t use it the way I would use the regular sized one.

For fairly quick relief of muscle soreness and tension in the neck and shoulders, I use this cane to find the trigger points. In the 5+ years I have owned one (this is my second to have one for traveling), I have saved money on pain relief pills and on massage therapy. Highly recommend it.

Summary: I personally have found that this product works best when you receive assistance from another person, so you can relax the tension points and allow the knots to really be worked out. It actually was very awkward and uncomfortable to use at first because I didn’t know what I was doing. It did come with a paper showing you multiple ways that it can be used. This was very helpful, and once I figured it out, this product works wonders!
