Seems functional and durable so far!
This backpack is exactly what I wanted: big enough for travel but small enough for every day use. I like that it has a dedicated laptop pocket; it also has a tablet pocket that I may use for my son's tablet when we fly. (TBD). I am very thankful it has a drink pocket on the outside -- a MUST for me as a young mom. I haven't put it to use yet, but I have four trips coming up over the next 2 months -- I will update if this backpack is anything less than durable and functional. (I'm a fan of Ful bags. My last has lasted 5-6 years and more than average travel, but was damaged over the last two flights, so I decided it's time to get a new one.)

Ripped top zipper area
Nice Backpack but clearly, an issue with quality or defect. Backpack ripped on the top zipper area, seems that this is happening a lot to this model of backpack.

Terrible backpack. After a few month of use the zipper broke the top part near the pocket tears.I had a product from this brand before and lasted 4 years. Very disappointed.

Poor quality
Seams started ripping one day and by the end of the hike, the material near the seams was shredded. I can't even attempt to sew up the hole.I previously bought a FUL backpack at Costco, and it's still in great shape, but this one was definitely disappointing.

Very disappointed with the quality of this backpack
Didn’t even lasted 6 months. Very disappointed with the quality of this backpack. My son takes very good care of his things and the backpack is in great condition other than the busted seam. He loves everything about this backpack, great style and very functional if only it had held up better. Maybe it was defective material or stitching. So sad that I spent $50 and it didn’t last the school year.

School office - it works!
I use this every work day. Taking laptop, books and what ever e;se i need to take to and from work. Seems are tight, no frays. Laptop padding is good.

Well made!!!
Really holding up to my child's abuse. Usually need 3 back packs a year. We're 1/2 way through the year and there's no signs of wear or tear.

Lots of storage
Lots of compartments. I was initially upset because it didn't fit my 17 in which it claims it can. Turned out that was because I used the wrong compartment. Used the right one and it fit and I love it. I can carry lots of things with all the compartments.
