Multiple leaks but they did stay frozen for a long time
I followed the instructions to a T and they still leaked even after being frozen through the tiny holes. Can’t really return them because half are in the trash after leaking everywhere and half are frozen in the freezer. Good idea but poor execution. Hopefully mine was just defective or something.

Great Product
These are great. We have used them over that past couple months without issues. They really do freeze quicker than regular water and last all day long. If you work outside all day, like my husband, I recommend these. Last summer it felt like our freezer couldn't keep up with refreezing the ice packs every night. Since we have gotten these, we have not had any issues.

Three Stars
Three of my packages burst while they were freezing.Updated review: The company contacted me and sent me a replacement sheet. I didn't have any issues with this set. I use them in my lunch box and they keep everything cold ALL day! I usually pack my lunch at 7am and do not eat until 1 pm and they are still frozen at that point.

Not as Advertised These are Useless
These people shipped me cut up pieces that are unusable for my purposes. Some of them were cut too close to the edge leaving them open and pieces of garbage. They cost me time and money. My project is a fail thanks to this screw-up and ended up costing me a client as well because I cant deliver on time. The pictures they present are not what you are going to get. Good luck!

Works as stated
Great ice pack. Little thicker than exspected. Good for food stuff. Stays cold long.Nothing beats ice for beer.have not tried warm. Seems very durable. Quality product.

These things stay frozen longer than normal ice without the mess. You can keep them attached together or separate them into individual blocks. I like them a lot.

Disappointment
Maybe I did it wrong but these things suck. I work shirt shifts at UPS and these things could even stay frozen that long. I was going not to buy ice packs but I guess don’t fix what isn’t broken? They are bulky and not worth the time because they don’t even work. Save yourself trouble buy some ice packs.
