My son loves it! Looks like the real thing almost, hard but spongy on the edge so won't damage much. Detachable hand guard. Good length. Rubberized long hand grip for single or double handed control. Pricey but much better than other play swords, expect it to last a long time.

I had bought a sword at the same price lst october, so stupidly i assumed this was the same thing, i was mistaken, so for anyone who was smarter than me to read the reviews, this is a FOAM sword, not wooden and is much smaller than originally thought to be

I bought this for my kid for comic con, in general it's decent enough for the occasion, considering the material feels like plastic it's surprisingly quite heavy. The reason for the 4 star is basically the price for what it is I feel 27.99 is quite steep but hey he needs the sword to complete the outfit so yeah
