The directions are not good at all. The screens that they give you are not the right size so be prepared to go to Home Depot. Luckily I have done several of these after you buy the right parts and wiring out and make sure there are sufficient circle hangers for the crystals. The end product is very nice.

I love the quality but you have to be a rocket scientist to install. You also need a spare hour or 2 to attach all the crystals and a gym membership to increase your strength to hang. Unfortunately I will have to hire someone for the installation. I purchased 2 of these so its going to cost me.

This crystal chandelier is the best I have seen of this type. The price is a very good deal and the quality is awesome. If I can find more that are a little different I will definitely buy one

Great looking chandelier but tricky to get flush mounted. Once you accomplish that task, everything is smooth and it's a great looking light fixture. Very happy with it!

This chandelier looks amazing! It took two people to hang and we had to switch out the screws for shorter ones. But overall it is beautiful hanging in my daughters room.

Very difficult to install. Lights currently flicker
