I love this watch. It is easy to read, comfortable and attractive. It is a great value for the money. I get compliments on it all the time. People love the look and performance. It is a comfortable size and weight. You basically forget that you are wearing it until you need to check the time!

I love this watch. I’m a nurse, and I’m frequently having to take vital signs on my patients. This watch has a nice big face, easy to read, red second hand for timing seconds, and the hands glow in the dark when I am in a dark room.

I work in heath care and this is my third purchase of a Speidel "scrub watch." They fit my needs perfectly. The watch face is simple; I can use it for taking pulses (for which I need an analog watch with a sweeping second hand). It also has numbers for military time (used in nursing) as well as numbers in 5 second intervals which makes counting easy. No bells or whistle, just a good, basic, colorful watch. I like the silicone band; it stays clean and dries quickly. I've received compliments on all 3 that I own and I'll probably buy more!

The watch itself is beautiful. I chose this watch because I needed 24-hr time. The band is so thick that the band sticks out and the band holders are not going to be able to hold the band for many more uses. I've only had the watch for 3 weeks and the little band holders are already wearing out because the band is so thick. It also hurts when you're resting your wrists on a table or typing.

I loved this watch but sent it back as I found one larger and easier to read.

I bought this watch about 5 weeks ago. I loved the color (purple, which matched our color scheme). I hate digital and smart watches, and this one offered what I wanted and needed. With one BIG exception.... working in the medical field means wearing gloves a good portion of the time. Several times during the work day, my watch stops keeping time. At first, I thought it was a battery problem but then realized it was actually the crown being pulled out every time I doffed my gloves. The rib of the nitrile gloves would get caught between the bezel and the crown, thus stopping the watch! In the 30 years I've been working in this field (nursing/midwifery), I've NEVER had this problem with other watches!Addendum: I've now realized that this watch is just defective in some way. I tried a new battery a couple of days ago and it seemed to keep the time - that is, until I tried to wear it to work this morning! BEFORE I donned any gloves, it simply stopped. Once I took it off, it started running again. So... something is definitely NOT normal about this watch and now it's no longer eligible for return or refund! UGH!! I will never buy a watch from this company ever again! I'm degrading my rating down to a 1-star!Addendum #2: I noticed that the watch would keep time (for most part) several days after switching batteries. So, I tried one more time to wear it to work. It worked for all of about 1 hour, then started losing time, then stopped completely! So, now I will EMPHASIZE THAT THESE WATCHES ARE DEFECTIVE AND NOT WORTH PURCHASING!! IF ZERO STARS WERE A CHOICE, THAT'S WHAT THIS COMPANY WOULD GET!

Just got my watch today, and I love it. Would recommend it to anyone! Attractive.Size and amount of information on the face of the watch. Durability.

I bought this for Someone Else, and I was hesitant because it is her most expensive time-piece and she'd previously expressed reluctance to be so greedy. Well, her others are mostly $10 watches from years of buying cheap. When I taught myself the tricks of buying Amazon watch batteries and some watch-repair tools every Grandfather should have, my Lady's time became much more manageable, and a whole bunch of every-colour silicone wrist-bands delighted her (and tripled the original price of her watches). THIS watch comes with a pink strap, and it is a beautiful watch. I'm sure that I am now to be loved forever; time will tell.This is a watch that possibly a cute wonderful nurse would like. As an old codger, I'm not unfamiliar with the everyday (and everynight) heroes and heroines of hospital emergency wards. I've been in these desperate places myself enough times to see children's screams and tears suddenly subside into peace and trust when some beautiful person a third my age used her education and her love and something we don't have a word for—to, say, relocate a shoulderbone—and THEN, when the amazed parents wished to shower this angel-from-heaven with praise, her genuine "oh, I'm no angel; that is really an easy thing to do; you mustn't thank me" and so: if Amazon has allowed my review to stray this far, THIS is the person you might consider giving such A "scrub watch" to, as a teensy teensy gift. And THIS is the ideal pink-banded, plain-and-simple and totally perfect little watch. Goes with purple running-shoes which the angel at Emergency wore instead of wings.

Would recommend this to anyone who wants a simple but stylish watch. Have only used it recently so not sure about durability as yet

When I first received this watch the second hand was stuck but Speidel was very quick to send me a replacement watch which worked perfectly. I didn’t even need to send the first one back. Amazing customer service. The colour was just I expected and it’s so comfy. I love how the numbers are big and easy to read. It has served me well so far in my nursing school clinical placements.

I have had these for over 3 year now, and I use them for work fairly often. Very well made, and I like the fact that the bands are easily changeable should one want a different color. The band on my watch is still strong and I only had to change the battery once.

This watch is beautiful and timeless. It's comfortable, easy to read, and definitely has a medical aesthetic, which I love. My only complaint is the band. It's very thick, especially at the buckle where the straps overlap. I have a small wrist so that's a good portion of the circumference. I ended up ordering a different thinner silicone band for this watch. The band also is a magnet for pet hair (I'm a vet), fluff, and skin flakes (which really show up on the black band, which is gross). So I would recommend not getting the black band (so it doesn't stand out so much) or budgeting to buy a second band- especially if you have small wrists!
