It didn't last 3 days with minimal use... the element had to be replaced. Disappointed is not the word for it.

This came in a beat up package. It looked like it had been used and they didn't even bother to clean it. It didn't work.

Works great! It’s larger than I expected. 12” is the melt surface. Check the size before you buy and hopefully you have a spot to store it. Also it doesn’t clamp shut and is cocked during storage. Unless you tie it closed. This is because pushing the lever down activated the heat. I wish it had a clamp or something for when it’s stored. You can use a thick large elastic to keep it closed while not plugged in.

Easy set up and easy to use. Seals bags perfectly once you find the setting you need depending on bag thickness. Well worth the money.

This is a cheap machine. It’s affordable but has its obvious limitations but for the price point, it’s a good deal. I managed to seal 6mil heatshrink plastic. Really, that’s impressive. I have only used it for 6 packages so I can’t comment on durability.

I have brought this and keep it aside for a while before open the box. First of all, it make out of plastic and probably that's why it was light weight. When I have tried to use it, I have found the heating element is totally not hot enough, even I have turned to the highest setting. Unless you are using it with very light weighted plastic bag, otherwise, it won't seal because of low heating. Unfortunately, by the time when I have opened the box, it has already pasted the return window. Unless you will only using it with light weighted plastic bag, otherwise don't waste your money.Follow up on February 17. I have received an email from the supplier this morning and expressed their apologize and in the same time offering a $30.00 Amazon gift card if I willing to delete my review. I am not sure if I should appreciated for their apologize or angry about their offering. I do think most people are using the reviews to justify if the product is suitable for them. If the seller just trying to use money to buy out the negative reviews instead of either giving proper description on the selling page or improve the product, I don't think that was a positive way to run their business.
