The plastic broke around the earpiece and I hardly wore it....now its too late for a refund or exchange.... Not a happy customer!!!!

It has not even been a month since I have been using this bluetooth. I was wearing the bluetooth and it felt really loose. I took it off and saw that it had fallen apart. I always kept it in the plastic box it came in and was shocked to see this.

Very hard to wear, bought 2 one broke within a week

Received it about 2 weeks age. I use about few time it seems no problem. The sound is good. It did hold on my ear when I running. The design that I like and that is reason I bought this headset. I will continue use it and recommend it to my friends who need

This headset is comfortable to wear for long periods, and the battery life is Very Good. It can be switched off when not in use, so that the battery won't drain while you are traveling. I have yet to run out of Talk Time, even on long calls.The sensors that can tell whether you are wearing or not wearing the headset are quite good. It will grab the call when you put it on, and send the call back to your handset when you take it off. Sometimes this is not desired, like if you just want to take it off and talk with someone in the room for a moment. But it doesn't cause any problems, as long as you mute your phone first.The microphone works great even when you are listening to a noisy call on the other end. There are some bluetooth headsets I've used, which will mute the mic for those moments when your caller is speaking, to reduce any echo effect from feedback to the mic. This creates a situation where you can't speak and interrupt the caller while they are speaking, and can get very frustrating. But because this headset has a long boom mic, it DOES NOT have this problem: You can speak freely and listen freely to the other caller without problems. I am delighted by this result.The only negative that I can report is that the mic is not able to filter out background wind or talking in the near vicinity. If you are in a loud environment, this headset will let your caller hear all of that, and you may not be happy with the results.All in all, I am delighted by this headset.
