So, let me preface this review by saying that I struggle with constant ear wax buildup, I used to utilize cotton swabs all the time but realized they were not the solution when I'd continuously end up clogging and irritating my ears. Every 3-4 months I would have one of my ears clogged and in pain, having to go get a cleaning done in person in order to hear our of said ear again.Well, not anymore .This puppy works amazingly. On my first use I was able to clear my ears completely! I spared you all the disgust of taking pictures but, believe me, the suction power is strong enough to send you to a parallel universe. Anytime I feel some wax start to buildup I take this product out. Perfect purchase, if you're considering buying you won't regret it.

Unclogged my ears that were pretty compacted. The urgent care that I went to to get this done awhile back charged $80 and was actually a tad painful on my ears. This product was easy to use, gentle, and pain free. I softened the wax with mineral oil and after about 10 minutes of intermittent use and switching between modes, I was able to flush out the blockages. I can hear again!

Haven’t used yet, but I know this a safe and easy way to clean the ears.

I was skeptical at first but this product works! The key is really warm water. I initially started my research because my 1 1/2 year old has had his fair share of ear infections. I recently bought an otoscope to keep an eye on him, instead of making constant trips to the doctor, which revealed a ton of earwax. I became obsessed with not only his but now the whole families which have again showed a lot of earwax. We bought this handy dandy tool and it worked on everyone, my 1 1/2 year old, my 3 year old and my husband and me. The initial spray of water is scary but then it starts to feel like you are scratching an itch and once you are done you feel amazing! Definitely recommend this product.

This product is not designed properly. It operates by pressing the power button and you never know when the water will come out. I used it once successfully but the second time I almost fell down after losing my balance. It creates problems with the ear balance process and causes mild headaches.

i tried it 12 times and 9 of them was after softening the ear wax and didn't do anything fore mei ended up using an spray can instead of this machine and the spray can worked better then thisand the customer service of the seller is not help at allwaist of money and time

I couldn’t hear out of my right ear all day and just knew it was impacted or obstructed in some way. It’s very difficult to get in to see a dr and wanted to avoid the bill and I’m pleasantly surprised this cleared my ear so easily and painlessly! I won’t submit a pic because it was gross, but so effective!

Things to note: Read the instructions. Use warm water like it says - otherwise you end up with headaches and dizziness - like the instructions spell out. Reading is a wonderful skill.I recommend having someone assist you because you can't see the side of your head and what's coming out. My husband helps me out, and I am much happier with clearer ears with this product than using q-tips, wax-softening products, bulbs, or hydrogen peroxide.It only takes a few minutes, and after having used it twice in two months, I think I can honestly say I'm satisfied.
