It’s a bit unwieldy due to size, weight and no swiveling head. I personally don’t mind this but can see how others would. the suction and power is fantastic. My use is about 95% LVP floors and 5% shag high rugs which is not the typical use case for this type of vacuum but it works very well. Had a bag less before and it would leave things behind on the LVP.

Great motor. This is the most powerful vacuum I've ever owned, but I would not buy it again for two reasons.It is way too heavy, despite its claim of being "lightweight", to the point that no one wants to use it. We instantly go for the crappy, battery powered lightweight vacuum instead.Next, when ordering, I had filtered all vacuum cleaners on Amazon until I got to this one. The most important feature I checked was a retractable cord. Somehow, this model appeared in my search results, despite its not having a retractable cord, and I didn't catch it until I had put it together. I won't make that mistake again, but I'm adding it here in the event the filter isn't fixed before someone else lands in the same position. The cord is very long, which is great, but I never want to wind up another super-long cord again.

I needed a vacuum with hepa filtration, head lights, and good with pet hair. All which this vacuum has. However, this vacuum doesn't come with a extension hose which is necessary for the vacuum to be more efficient. This is a grave omission since the unit itself is really great. The suction is strong, and handles cat hair and litter on hardwood floors. The pet hair attatchment is a plus for furniture, but is difficult to use since there isn't an extension hose. The telescopic wand is nice, but doesn't take the place of a flexible extension hose. You can only use this vacuum on stairs that are reasonable in height. Meaning, if you have a large flight of stairs to vacuum forget it! Again, the hose wont reach, and the vacuum is heavy. Heavier than my Riccar which I thought was on the heavy side. If you need to transport the vacuum to different levels of the house, this could be a problem since there isn't a handle to lift the vacuum, and like I had mentioned before, the unit is heavy. The vacuum's suction is great! It gets all the debris around the corners of the room. Keeping this in mind, the noise level is loud. Especially, if you use it in a smaller confined room. My cats hate it! I wouldn't reccomend this vacuum if you have smaller areas. The vacuum does not maneuver well under or around furniture.I hope this helps with your decision on purchasing the right vacuum for your needs. Unfortunately, I will be returning this vacuum.

I bought this to replace a much more expensive Dyson made for pets, and of all the vacuums I've owned, this is the best vacuum. Leaves lines in the carpet just like the old Kirby my mom had when I was young. I was always having to clean hair out of the roller on my old vacuums, but not this vacuum. It sucks it right up, and because it's bagged (Dyson was bagless), I need to empty less. In fact, I've had it for a few months and don't think the bag is even half full yet. I also love that you can run the vacuum without the roller moving which is perfect for cleaning up loose cat litter on the tile floor. The only downside going from my old Dyson to this vacuum is the Dyson is quicker/easier to change over to hand tools in my opinion, because you have to bend over to free the hose on this vacuum.

I’m very impressed with this model. It is very powerful, and has a lot of great features. I can tell it is well made with quality parts. I’m mainly use it for carpets, medium and low pile. Extremely happy with my purchase.
