Very easy to put together. Very comfortable to sit on and equally comfortable in the reclined position. The riser function is a blessing it makes it so much easier to get out of the chair.Remote control functions well and the cup holders on the arms and side pockets are very useful. Very happy.

I live in USA and my mom lives in England. She's had some complicated medical issues and we felt she needed a lift chair. I ordered it and it was dispatched nearly the same day and arrived within 2 days! SUPER FAST!!! The delivery driver put the 2 boxes where i had specified in the delivery instructions. Mom said it was 5 minutes to install and she is in LOVE with her new chair! She said to give this company a 5 Star rating. She did send me a photo of her new chair. Value for money, excellent. She is 5'10" and around 180lbs so she needed something big enough for her but not too big as her living space is tight. This is perfect! Very pleased so far. Thanks.

Dad absoloutley loves this. For days where he could struggle to get off the sofa, he will use this chair and watch TV in his bedroom. He says it's comfortable enough fully reclined, that he's fallen asleep in it! I have sat in it and tested it myself and he's right. It looks like it would cost thousands, and literally looks like ones from expensive brands.Would recommend this chair.
