Great pads

These are the only heel lifts I get. My ortho Dr suggested them & gave me a pair!

Narrow heel
The padding is comfortable but the heel is too narrow for my husbands foot. The pads don't stay in place very well. They do relieve his pain and that is a plus. Needs something to hold the pad in place or a "gripper" sole.

Helps to equalize my shorter left leg
Rather than have special shoes made (as I wear several different ones per week) it was suggested I try this to bring my left leg up the 1/2 inch to meet the right side. This was after hip replacement surgery. I have them in at least 6 different pairs of shoes that have heels and toes covered. Cannot use them with sandals of course as they show. I actually have had to use two on the left side now that a couple have flattened out and need more height.

I use this insert to level my uneven legs and stabilize my walking. It is effective.

Not wide enough for someone with big wide feet

Comfortable
Ordered wrong size. But my daughter wore it for a little and said it was comfy just fit funny. So I’ll be ordering the correct size soon
