I didn’t have any issues with my box, but the change area is difficult to get in when in a hurry. It’s durable and pretty. I seen one of the other sellers with one, too.

The box is substantial and should hold up well. Not so much for the mechanism to keep bills from blowing out. The thin metal warps easily when opening them to add or remove bills.They also don't stay open. Must use one hand to open and hold - carefully, while the other handles the money.I don't remember having this problem with cash boxes I used as a cashier at a Pick-Ur-Own farm.

I do craft shows and needed something safe for my cash. This box works perfectly!

Ordered the version with the lock because I wanted the coin compartment cover and that was shown in the photo and description. The box that arrived had only a foam insert in the top, no coin cover. Maybe it will keep the coins from falling out, but it's not what I expected and I would have ordered the combo lock version (which shows no coin cover). Product was shipped with no exterior packaging, so it also arrived with a minor dent on the corner. Otherwise seems solid and should do the job.

I'm giving this company the benefit of the doubt. I never received this item in the mail. The package almost made it to my home, but the notifications just stopped and I wasn't told what was going on. I waited an extra two weeks to see if something had happened to the package before I canceled the order. I'm not sure what has happened with this, but I am giving the item a 3-star rating because I don't necessarily think this issue is anyone's fault. This cash box is like my other one that is black and I love the one I have. I thought the pink color would have spiced up my collection and shop.
