Chips or missed staining in several places on the clock, used a Mahogany furniture pen to stain missed areas. The pendulum just rests on the plastic swing mechanism inside the clock which falls off when moving clock as the front of the clock does not open & you must rest the pendulum with the backing removed & reattach the back. I used a small wire to wrap the pendulum onto the mechanism. Included with the clock is a screw on hanger to be attached to the back of the clock, the hanger I received was missing 1 of 2 screws needed, but beware, if the hanger is attached it will need to be removed to change the batteries. And finally the clock is smaller than stated. I do like that you can lower the volume of the chimes. El reloj no tiene apagado automático como dice en el manual. Es el tercero que devuelvo por lo mismo. Muy decepcionada, no compro más ninguno.
