We have a tile floor that this is on and my wheels of my stool kept going in the grout joints. And I got tired of that and got this product. Just what I needed. Great product. Good price for the quality.

When this package first arrived, I feared the worst. It came shipped rolled up and I worried about ripples on it and trouble getting it to flatten out. Luckily, my fears were (mostly) unfounded. The mat flattened pretty nicely when I placed heavy books all over it. In fact, it was usable within two hours of doing so. It did come with a pretty intense smell when first removed from box, but again that has all but gone away and do not even notice.Fast forward and I am pretty pleased with this mat. I use it on a hardwood floor and it is near invisible. My chair rolls smoothly over it with no resistance. So what warrants 4 instead of 5 stars? Unfortunately, it never has completely smoothed out without slight ripples due to it being rolled. Again, on my wood floor, you cannot even see them unless you look close, but I am sure on other surfaces like carpet, this would stand out greater.Despite the fact that I gave it 4 stars out of 5, I would definitely recommend this mat. I am happy with my purchase and would buy again.

This item is NOT 60 x 48. I had to have another one sent out and it too was NOT 60 x 48. It is 58 x 48 (which my desk does not fit on). So, now I have to return it.

Other than the box being beat up on one end the mat was undamaged. Easy to unroll, weighed the corners down as instructed and after a day it's fine. Chair rolls easily and it certainly protects my floor which was showing signs of damage from the chair wheels. Definitely worth the money and worth owning.

This floor protector comes flat and ready to use. It is durable and looks nice too.

It does what it was designed to do.

I've only had it a few weeks, but its already better than the past ones i've had. I am very glad, it doesnt roll up on the edges.

I like this mat very much. The fact that i don't have to unroll and add weights to flatten out is a huge plus. Ain't nobody got time for that! So far it's not slipping on my hardwood floors and i'm not crazy wheeling off to Neverland. I suspect with time i might be rolling around but so far so good. it also looks really easy to clean, so i'm looking forward to baby spill on it.great bang for the buck i think.
