Q: Do these fit the small Torani syrup bottles?

Yes they do. I have one on a bottle right now.

Q: How do you get the pumps to extend?

Sometimes you have to hold the neck of the pump and then twist the head to the right.

Q: How do you clean and dry these?

I use a straw cleaner with and quick rinse of hot water immediately after last use. If it's really sticky I throw in my dishwasher and then I clean with straw washer and hot water

Q: Are these dishwasher safe?

I’m not sure I’d put them in the dishwasher. A sink of hot soapy water would do it and rinsing in hot clean water. Pushing top down several times to rinse soap. Hope this helps.
