Nature’s Way Farms ZZ Plant, Zamioculcas Zamiifolia, Indoor, Outdoor, Live Houseplant, in Grower Pot (25-30 in. Tall)

I had purchased this plant a few weeks ago. It arrived pretty damaged and had some root rot. The seller reached out to me to rectify the situation, and I am so impressed with the seller’s desire to make sure they satisfy their customers. They quickly sent me a replacement plant and it was packaged so much better, had a stick in the pot to hold up the paper wrapping, a heat pack, and there was very little soil spillage. The plant is gorgeous, I don’t think I’ve seen such a large and healthy zz! I also am very happy that the medium is a nice loose mix with orchid bark and for the first time, I can leave the plant in its pot. Thank you very much for being a respectable Amazon seller, I will be back!

My box was damaged but the ZZ plant was packed perfectly inside; however for a large plant it was only 21” high from bottom of the pot to tallest leaf. But after only 11 days (2/21/24 - 3/2/24) what looked like a small shoot in the center has brought height to 32” and it is balanced beautifully. I have it in a very dark spot and thought I know that ZZs are practically indestructible, I use a small humidifier and grow light in order to provide my baby it’s very best life. My senior community neighbors thought it was a perfect false plant because of the shape and brilliant green. It brings me joy and I plan to order more plants from this company.

Arrived on time, well packaged and healthy.

The plant container was crushed and soil spilled in the box. The plant showed signs of root rot and was also not as full as the pictures made it seem. There were broken stems which I’m not sure if was a delivery or packaging issue. I thought no worries it’s a ZZ plant so indestructible. Nope. So far I have lost 4 more stems leaving just three that I’m not sure are going to make it. Total waste of money.

Healthy Plant! Arrived on time, well packaged, and very healthy! Plant is still alive after several months and just as beautiful as day one. Plant is low maintenance and has beautiful shiny leaves! Perfect for adding natural greenery to indoors/living room/dining room/etc.

I can’t believe how big and healthy this plant looks, especially for the price. Much smaller plants at my local plant nursery cost just as much and don’t look nearly as good. I repotted it immediately and I hope it takes off.

I got this plant in December. As soon as I opened it I thought it was in great condition and looked really nice. I repotted it because I noticed the soil was extremely wet and I wanted to prevent it from getting root rot. Since then, I’ve watered it very minimally as a precaution, but the moisture level still will reads wet. I’ve lost two big stems like the one in the picture and I’m hoping I don’t lose more. Their bottoms are squishy and it essentially fell over and pulled right out. I may try to replant it again and see if there’s root rot to cut off and/or put it outside as it gets warmer. Overall, I’d order another plant from them but next time I’ll be super cautious if the soil is really wet.

The ZZ plant was very well packaged and arrived in beautiful state. The leaves were green, healthy, beautiful! The 22inch version filled the pot with multiple stalks, not just a few like most stores. However, on the first night we noticed little crawlers in the soil, adult millipedes. We removed a handful and thought it was fine. The next night, more showed up, then there were more, small white ones, big dark ones and some started crawling out of the pot. We were disgusted by the infestation. Upon contacting Nature's Way, they were extremely quick in taking care of our issue. While we had a quality problem, the seller were quick to address and promised to fix future shipments hence my 5 stars.
