Fantastic for travel but not for everyday use
The media could not be loaded. I own another handheld water flosser from H20 Floss that I love and use every day; however, because I travel a lot I really wanted one that was smaller to fit in a suitcase and not take up to much room.I just got back from an 18 day trip where I used this twice a day. It fit perfectly in the suitcase, it's very tiny when collapsed down and travels really well. When collapsed, the reservoir protects the unit.PRO:*It really does collapse down very small and takes very little room in your suitcase. A++*It works exactly as advertised!*The heads are easy to change.*The charge lasts a long time: I used it 2 times a day for a recent 18 day trip and I didn't need to charge it at all.*It charges with a regular type C cord.*It comes with a nice bag that stores it and the various heads.CONSIDER:*Because it's a travel version, the reservoir is not as big as the regular version. However, to me, that's a perfectly acceptable trade off! Yes, you have to fill it more often - but that's something that I can personally put up with the for the length of a trip.*It not as as powerful as the regular h2o flosser, but again I'm OK with that because this is specifically for travel and not for everyday use.CONS:*This version only has one opening so it's harder to ensure that the reservoir dries out between uses. I would prefer it if it the reservoir came away from the top part of the unit as it does with the regular flosser like it does with the regular version. I kept the fill hole open at night but found that it was still damp in the morning because there isn't air flow. Concerned about it getting moldy during transportation, etc.. I dried it with a hair dryer before storing it away until my next trip. For this reason I give it a solid 4.5 stars!I highly recommend this as the travel or intermittent uses as this isn't really intended to be an everyday usage. I also caution you to make sure the unit is thoroughly dry before putting it away for any length of time.

Portable, Great Customer Service, Difficult to air out/clean
Update: Great Customer Service -- the company has offered to replaced the unit even though the breakage was my fault. The compact size makes it great for travel, so I will be packing the replacement in my travel bag. For everyday use, I recomment the hf-6 model, since the water tank is much easier to remove for cleaning, which I had already purchased to replace the broken unit. This water flosser has good water pressure and does a good job, but the water tank doesn't separate from the unit easily, making cleaning/airing out very difficult. The difficulty in disassembly also caused me to break the cover to the water tank, making the unit unusable. If purchasing again, I'd go for the larger, older model, which my husband has, and is much easier to disassemble for cleaning.

Love it!
We don't have an outlet near the sink in our old house, so every - ok, some - night i would string an extension cord across the floor to use my old unit. This isn't just more portable, it's more powerful. I had tried something like this several years ago that didn't really do the job but this one's great. I also thought it would be awkward with the attached tank but it's really not bad. It doesn't hold much but if i use the second strongest setting i can just about do my whole mouth. If not, it's not so hard to refill. Should mention that my first one shorted out at the charging port, luckily within the Amazon return window. Don't know what happened but i'm now extra careful about keeping this one dry and making sure the USB plug is in whenever i use it. I also don't leave it on charge for a long time. Because of the ease of use I'm more consistent using it, so that's another win, right?

Great when it works
I was so pleased with the performance of this product upon receipt but in less than 3 months of usage and meticulous upkeep, it stopped working. I can hear the motor trying to run but it won’t generate the pressure to shoot the water. I am searching for another in hopes of it lasting longer. Thankfully, it wasn’t super expensive. I consider this to be a disposable unit.

Highly Recommended
This is my second H2OFloss brand water flosser. I really liked the first flosser I had from them. When this new portable product became available, I bought it, and I like it even better than the other style. This portable style, while handy for travelling, has the advantage at home of a small footprint. It takes up little space on my bathroom vanity, and it is easy to handle.Smaller size does not mean less power. In fact it is powerful enough for me at the lowest setting, and it gets the job done. At my most recent check-up, my dental hygienist said, "Whatever you are doing, keep doing it!" The only difference in my dental care was the addition of the H2OFloss water flosser. Actually, I had been using a "name brand" water flosser prior to the H2OFloss flossers. The other brand did not get the rave reviews from my hygienist, so I am staying with H2OFloss products.Besides having an excellent product, the personnel of H2OFloss are very responsive to feedback and questions. They replied promptly to my emails with good information and a spirit of appreciation.Note: As with all water flossers, cleaning can be a challenge. I use CleanSmart Disinfectant Spray on the inside of the tank, the outside and the attachments. CleanSmart breaks down to saline, so it is entirely safe, and it works.
