The old had had a few cuts in the wire. New works great. Actually seems like it charges faster.

This charger works with the surface computer and is good quality. Great price and fast delivery.

I received the item on time, and it worked perfectly with my windows surface, PC. Addition, the price was about 1/3 of what it was on Best Buy. So it was a good value.

After a few years with my original factory charger, it started to fail intermittently. I thought maybe Microsoft should send me a new one, but they claimed that they didn't make that model charger anymore, but I could BUY a new charger from them at full price (really? Such bee ess.) Anyway, this charger works perfectly fine, fits perfectly fine and is a great alternative to the overpriced products the manufacturer insists on selling.

Really liked the charger, it replaced the original charger without issue. Both the charging of the Surface laptop and the secondary 5v charging port work well. However, there is a loose piece at the end of the charger where t connects with the tablet. While I have not had any connection issues, a shaking part at the critical point makes me wonder about longevity. I will update this review if there are any mishaps.

Excellent quality! The charger went out on my surface pro laptop and this the perfect substitute! It was a great deal and looks and feels just like the charger that came with the computer.
