The plugs are well made and perfectly perform the function they're designed for.Only buy these if you can't get rid of your Sony Linkbuds. These will help restore some of the mid and lower range sound you're missing, but the Linkbuds still sound like dollar store headphones.You can seriously buy better true wireless earbuds for 30-40 bux, including open air buds that far outperform the Linkbuds, both in sound quality and environmental transparency, not to mention comfort.If you have the Linkbuds and like them, I definitely recommend these.

Day one first impressions are ok. Easy to insert and remove. Fit in my charging case with it inserted in. I feel like they definitely trap more sound in and reduce the ambient sound design that it was inteded for but if you are buying these then you shouldn't really care about this issue. One con is that im not sure if the sounds were made to sound better with a open hole design and it changes the sounds of audios a bit or if trapping the sound in brings out the sound quality which isnt bad but definitely not great. Small sacrifice to make in my opinion if you prefer this design over in ear design earbuds though.

I honestly grabbed whatever accessories are available for my new Sony Linkbuds. These plugs help with the audio but not a whole lot. I personally do not mind this as earpieces that jam inside my ear canal hurt every time.

The Sony LinkBuds are designed with a hole in the middle of the speaker that sits just outside your ear canal, so one of their main advertised features is that you can still hear background noise. These silicone plugs are designed to cover that hole, but they don't do much to reduce the background sound. That's more of a feature in the buds themselves than a flaw in these plugs. I've left them in as they haven't adversely affected the sound quality.
