Works great, but "on" time is fast.
The "on" delay time on these units (the time from off to completely on), is considerably faster on these model switches than other models by Lutron. I am guessing this likely has something to do with the LED or CFL needing voltage sooner. Manufacturer might want to adjust for this. Wife finds it annoying, and wanted her lights the same speed as the rest. So I guess I'll be getting another switch. lol :)

Quality dimmer
Note this Dimmer is not for LEDs. Other than that, it works great. I would suggest getting a dimmer that does LEDs as that is where everything is going.

Exactly like one's that were replaced.
Needed to replace old ones just wore out after at least 15 years. If we get another 15 woth the new ones we'll be happy!
