This is an excellent product but the rule is always buy 2 sizes up from your normal American size, if you don't, you will not fit these. They need to be hand washed after each workout or at least I believe they should be and hung and line dried, not machine dried. Do not twist or try to wring the water out of them after you hand wash them or over time you will probably damage them. I work out 6 days a weeks so I own multiple pairs and rotate my usage to allow them to fully dry after each washing. I wear these in tandem with the vest sweat shaper, they work exactly as advertised. These will work great as a supplement to your workout routine and diet, just wearing them won't help you loose weight or improve your fitness.

It's a good pair of sania shorts if you wanna take some pounds or futai's in the hips you will feel the sweat

Once I put this on, I was amazed by the on how it increased the sweat while on my work out, and how snug it fitted to my lower body. I would recommend this to everyone!!!

These fit fine, they are quite long thought easily goes to my knee caps. Also they stink like neoprene horribly, i've had them airing out for a few days, washed them and still very strong smell. Its too much to even wear them to the gym everyone looks at you weird because you stink.

This product is cut very small Good material but very small if you were a medium you should get a 2X

So it fits a bit snug and makes the private areas a bit uncomfortable. trying to jog in these...awkard... at least for me especially since I had to keep adjusting to avoid junk pinck

Love these if you want to sweat. The fit is right on. I recommend.
