If you're on a low-carb/high protein diet...
...then you might want to try these. I like many sardines, especially King Oscar and Crown Prince; the ones from colder waters (such as these) tend to be more delicate than others. I find these (the Riga Gold with the white top label) to be mildly smoky and quite delicious; I find that the other Riga brand in the gold/black can to be too smoky. But to each his own. You might say, $4 a can is a lot. Well, that's about the same cost as a fast food burger, and these little fishies are much healthier.

This product was not fishy. The flavor was good and easy to open. There was a lot of fish in the can.

Was not what I expected
I did not like the flavor. It was the closest I could find to the smoked brisling Riga Gold. Close but no cigar!
