Hall sensor inside motor hub failure message on third ride. Waiting for info on how to fix this with sellerUPDATE: customer service was able to show me that a wire had simply become unplugged. When plugged back in, the bike works! Whoops! Thanks for the help

I bought 2 of these one for me and one for my wife we rode 4 times for many miles probably 30-40 miles and still had 80% batteries love these so far great quality no issues easy assembly basically already assembled. Highly recommend can do pedal assistant or all electric I've gotten up to 30 mph easily brakes work perfectly no sqeak at all and quick stopping disengaged motor when break is pressed for safety.

I have purchased this last week and after testing completely written this review for ebike. First of all easy to install . I have installed with in 10 minutes. Package was packed well cared. After charging 4-5 hours battery fully charged. I have driven in paddle assist mode almost 45 miles using same charge battery still 50% remain. Another thing it’s made my spouse driving comfortable, smooth and fasterwithout having leg or thigh pain. That’s very important for me. I’m happy with my purchase and customer service also great if you have any doubts. One thing I want to tell if you want to turn on battery you need to plug-in key , point is bottom of the battery from outside for security I believe. Sometimes hard to find!😊 everything else just great. Hope you enjoy your ride as I do .

If could choose a 0/5 star I would.At first great bike. Then after about two weeks it all started to fall apart. From the brakes not working, had to find my own technician after they said to do this and that. Got reimbursed. Then the super expensive $700 battery died and would not charge after 1 month! Finally got a replacement. Fast fwd two years later and ONLY 500km battery does not hold a charge for the distance they boast about. No pedal assist (full throttle) lasts 28km max!! Past warranty I get it but 500km could be done in a summer. Battery is supposed to be between 70km (full throttle mode) and 100km (pedal assist). Not even close. Don’t buy this bike!!!!! Get something local!!!

My 2nd ebike. This one a definite upgrade. My thoughts after a month of daily use:Pros: very good and quick customer service via email. Once you get use to the torque, it takes off smoothly. Longest trip so far was 27 miles (42 km) and still had 72% battery left while on pedal mode. Very stable, solid bike. I like that the battery is out of the weather. Light is bright enough for riding at night. Folds nicely and easy to stow away.Cons: My size 11 feet kept disconnecting the motor power wire but an adjustment on the wiring location fixed that. My heals still hit the cross beam from time to time, but that might just be me. It's a hard tail so it'll jar the old tail bone (getting a suspension seat post to fix). Bit heavy and hard to control on single track off road but not impossible.Overall: happy with purchase so far. I'm an older guy (only 62). Ebikes have given me the ability to get out there and ride again, much to my wife's dismay.
