No se como no la compré antes!!Tengo una gata y un perro que tiran muchisimo pelo y siempre era un tema barrer 3 veces al día y aun así parecía que solo se removía el polvo y la pelusa....CON ESTO SE ACABó EL PROBLEMA. La aspiradora es muy fácil de usar y de ligar al teléfono y al internet de la casa, limpia perfectamente pelo, polvo y basurita pequeña ( la que es grande no la succiona) Cuando salgo de casa y se me olvida ponerla puedo activarla desde mi celular sin problema, la dejo aprox 1 hora y con eso es más que suficiente.Hace poco ruido (muy tolerable) y se limpia sin problema ( tiene un compartimento donde almacena el polvo y basura y se vacía muy fácil).Los sensores de caiga funcionan muy bien ( aunque no los he puesto TAN a prueba) no la he conectado a la Alexa pero la verdad con la aplicación del celular me es suficiente...incluso fuera de casa puedo activarla o detenerla.De verdad esta compra vale cada centavo

This is a great little vac. I got it to replace an ECOVACS mapping robot that malfunctioned just after the one year warranty expired. Although the Deebot worked great for a year, I was disappointed when it broke down and frustrated with customer service. I could barely understand the representative on the phone despite usually being good at understanding people with accents. The rep had trouble understanding the problem, offered no real help, just repair referral at my expense. After researching, I decided to get this non-mapping robot because of great reviews on both the robot and the customer service. I also decided a remote was a great feature in case our WIFI goes down. It comes with both WIFI and a remote and I honestly would be fine with just the remote, but it’s nice to have both in case I want to set up an automatic schedule for cleaning which can only be done on my phone with WIFI. Usually I just push the button on the bot to start it when I want it to run. I use it daily.Key Pluses:Very quiet.Runs a full 1 1/2 hoursGets the whole house vacuumed well despite a semi random pattern of movement through the house.Picks up dust, dog and cat hair, even kitty litter.Extra large dirt receptacle.Low to the ground with no elevated parts so gets under some furniture our Deebot couldn’t.Has a variety of programming options: set a schedule; one room 30 minute clean; or even direct it where to go manually using either the app or the remote.Works with WIFI or remote.Great, helpful customer service.I purchased a good optional 2 year extended warranty for $30 on top of the 1 year that comes with it so should get 3 years from this bot.If I want to move it or help it back to the charger (see minuses) I can just pick it up without worrying it will lose its map of the house.Charges in about 4 hours after a complete run.Key Minuses:About $70 more than our Deebot cost.Doesn’t always find its way back to charger but can pick it up and put it close. Then it goes right onto it.If you want a bot that runs independently when you aren’t home, it may go back to the charger fine when done or it may be out of juice somewhere in the house. You can use the find my bot feature to get it to beep so you can find it and return it to the charger.Note: I had trouble syncing to WIFI. Customer service ran me through various checks which didn’t help so directed me to return it for a different one. Turned out it was a glitch in my WIFI connection with my phone. Not the bot’s fault. Synched quickly when I used my husband’s phone!

Update - March 14, 2020:Recently my eufy started to experience a battery/charging error that others have encountered. The robot does its rounds, then goes back to the dock and charges. And then after 3 or 4 hours, when it's basically fully charged, the orange breathing light turns to a solid red and the eufy beeps 4 times, then breathes for a few seconds, and beeps four times again. It does this about 5 times. And then goes solid red and stays like that until the next cleaning cycle. After which it goes through this beeping pattern agan, once it's fully charged. From what I can surmise, from a bit of research, there's essentially an issue with the battery cells not all being able to charge to the same point, so the eufy interprets it as an error. I contacted eufy support about this error, and they responded immediately. They had me run through a couple simple troubleshooting attempts, and send them a video of the error, which is all very reasonable. I did, and they quickly determined it was the battery and sent me a new battery (under warranty) and a new rolling brush for good measure. They were prompt, efficient, and absolutely seamless to work with.Original:So I have a bit of experience with RoboVac and their eufy products. First, RoboVac's customer service has always been impeccable. They respond promptly, make every attempt to address issues and questions, will replace defective items right away, and will even replace an entire vacuum that's not performing as expected. My previous vacuum was the eufy 11+, which unfortunately had a few design flaws, some software/algorithm issues, the rolling brush was poorly designed, especially for dog hair, and had to be cleaned/taken apart every day, and to this day will not perform a scheduled vacuum at the time its scheduled. It's the weirdest thing. I've even tried three remotes, but nope, it just starts randomly at some point during the day.But the eufy 30c is an entirely different story. RoboVac has really put the work in to perfect their craft. This thing ROCKS!! Cleans exactly on schedule, has been cleaning for a few days and I haven't cleaned it once (I should probably do that though), not a single error at the stairs, or any errors getting stuck, the rolling brush is a much better design, rocks and rolls like nobody's business on my medium pile rug, cleans thoroughly, makes its way home every time, is SUPER quiet, it can be scheduled at different times each day, cleans for a full 120 minutes, and you can control it all from your phone. I love this eufy!!

Excelente. Fácil de usar, el precio que se paga vale la pena. Quiero decir que recoge muy bien el pelo de gato, que es para lo cual lo ocupo y que la casa permanezca limpia. Yo lo he usado con el control remoto y funciona muy bien. Prácticamente el ruido que hace es mínimo, yo tengo un bebé y cuando duerme el ruido no lo despierta para nada. Solo no sube a las alfombras peludas pero el piso lo deja muy bien. Estoy muy contenta con esta aspiradora.

Wow! Great product. Prime day deal even better! I’ve been wanting a robovac for some time, have tried some that just didn’t do the job. This one is economical and efficient. Easy to set up. Low profile so it fits under furniture I would normally not get under. I have 2 cats and a dog with a lot of fur. My home is mostly tile with some low-medium pile carpets and this machine works great on all of them. Because of the amount of fur that we have, the roller needs to be cleaned frequently- but all vacuums do that in my home. It sometimes has difficulty getting over the edge of one of my braided rugs, but not often. Be sure to watch your cords because it will get stuck on them or unplug them. Suction is great at all 3 levels and battery life has not been an issue. The wi-fi/phone app was very easy to set up and you can easily turn the vacuum on from your phone when you are not home (I run it an hour or 2 before I come home). One of my best purchases. Only thing I’d change is make the dust/debris bin a little bigger to hold more.
