Ordered the lava salt after seeing it used on roasted shishito peppers. It was very good and provided the salty flavor the peppers needed.

NOT MADE IN HAWAII, THEY LIED
I ordered this last week believing this product is made in Hawaii from Hawaiian local sea salt. I found out this morning that this company does not use local sourced salt, they order it in bulk from TEXAS and then add what they want to the salt and then call it made in Hawaii. So, to me this is fraud and dishonest business practice. They should not advertise it on their packaging as made in Hawaii if the product is bought in bulk from TX or anywhere else. Unfortunately, it is not returnable, and they already got my money so that's too bad for me, I will order the Icelandic lava salt from now on. So disappointing and hopefully this review will save someone else from wasting their money on false advertising.
