BALLOONS WILL NOT COME ATTACHED. ************** Deciding on SIZES... ************ The 11x14" size print can hold up to 55 balloons nicely. If you need fewer then 35, let me know so that I can make the balloon size slightly bigger for a better fit! The 13x19" size print can hold up to 100 (though it may be possible to add much more if I adjust the size of the circles, so just message me!) ************ Please only select 35 or 55 balloons for the 11x14" size and 75 or 100 balloons for the 13x19 size.
