MAGCOMSENMen's Long Sleeve Shirts UPF 50+ UV Sun Protection Athletic Shirts for Hiking Running Workout Rash Guard

As a woman, I ordered this shirt instead of the same thing in the women's Ts. I like the way this men's T fits me, with its looser, straighter cut and longer length. I also chose this one for the raglan sleeves and the SPF 50, although mine did not come with a SPF 50 tag and was perhaps a returned item. The 100% polyester fabric was important to me as well as the light pink color because my intention was to apply an original sublimation design, using an infusible ink transfer sheet. Even though the sleeves are long on me, coming halfway down over my hands, I am happy with everything about this shirt and the success of my sublimation design.

I tried the shirt for the first time, after it was washed one time. I mowed for about 3 hours. The UV index was 8/10. The temperature was about 80 degrees and humidity around 30. Since this was my first usage I did where a T-Shirt underneath. I was able to stay cool in the shirt For the last hour of the mowing I removed the T-shirt so I could see how the UV block worked. I have no tan and am fair skinned. After the mowing I had no sunburn anywhere covered by the shirt. My ankles were not so lucky since I didn't wear socks.I tried one other UV blocking shirt from another manufacturer. I would say this shirt is as good as the other shirt and probably better at UV blocking.

I primarily use this for doing yard work in the Texas heat. My wife likes it so she can see where I’m at on the property in case I get hurt. I wore it once trout fishing in the bay out on the gulf and the bright green reflection on the water was attracting the fish closer to the boat. I caught my limit everyday vs everyone on the boat. It fits true to size and breaths well. UPF factor is good so far. I also find that I get better service at the local Mexican restaurant.
