Im little upset. My order I just received today. But I received only the bracelet, with no tools or box was in a plastic bag.And it’s not having any polish. I bought it for my sister as a gift.

Have tried other bracelets for my hand that never worked. This one does. Hand felt better soon after putting on. Wore it for quite a while and took it off for 3 days and hand started hurting and put it back on and hand feels much better. Also looks like day I got it. So glad I purchased it.

I ordered two bracelets and they were delivered on the dot. This one is a beautiful piece! Unfortunately, it wouldn't get adjusted or shortened no matter how I tried. The other bracelet of the same brand easily got resized. Overall it's very pretty and well made. I must say it is quite eye-catching and as I said beautiful. I will need to replace it with one that can be shortened in size. I'll certainly buy again. Thank you.
