Love this hydration vest
Very comfortable, there were many straps to help make sure it fit comfortably. I am so happy with my purchase. I will not go back to a belt. I wore it during a couple of 10ks in the summer and was glad I had it. Only con is that the hose is a little long probably because I am 5’4” but a little creativity I was able to get a better length

Good for a long running
Better fill the the bottle fully. Otherwise it's difficult to drink water. Though it is still stylish.

Awesome hydration vest
I finished my fourth long run with my new hydration vest yesterday - 10 miles. It has been a wonderful companion, able to store everything I need as well as plenty of water. I personally have no problem with the fact that the bladder holds 1.5L - I prefer a smaller amount because I won’t go more than a half marathon with it. If I ever need to go on a longer excursion, I will buy a 3L bladder and then my vest will be even more versatile. The vest holds my chapstick and fuel in the front straps next to my chest so I can easily access them.I did trim the straw and I highly recommend doing that unless you’re 6 ft or taller, otherwise you’ll have a lot of slack getting in your way. You can look up videos on YouTube for how to do this. The vest doesn’t move as I run, but my ice filled bladder does make a sloshy noise. Personally I’d rather have ice cold water making a sloshy noise than silent warm water to drink. The taste has been much better than my old Camelbak, which always had a nasty taste. With this straw and bladder I don’t taste anything but refreshing water.I have gotten better at being able to drink while running, and I recommend holding the straw out in front of you, sort of like if you were holding a trumpet. The water flows well that way. I have included a picture so you can see. It takes a couple of tries to get the sweet spot on the bite valve. The zippers are flawless, the material is sleek and the marine blue color is gorgeous.Tips for cleaning: when I’m finished using my vest, I remove the straw from the bladder, empty the bladder of as much water as I can, and then stick a few paper towels into the corners of the bladder. I slip a pair of tongs in there to hold it open, and put it on my AC vent so that the air can quickly dry out the inside of the bladder. Then, I remove the bite valve from the straw, which comes off pretty easily - I have included a picture so you can see where to detach it. I get as much water out of the straw as I can by swinging it around like a lasso (maybe do this part outside), and that also helps to break apart the drops of water so they’re smaller. Then I position the straw over my AC vent as well, and clean and dry the bite valve. By morning, all is dry.Overall, I’m extremely pleased with my Nathan hydration vest and I would recommend it to anyone who needs one.

Great Quality & Exactly as Pictured
I recently purchased this hydration pack for my longer distance runs, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! With blue being my favorite color, I was particularly excited to see how it would look in person, and I was not disappointed! The shade is perfect — a vibrant marine blue. The quality of the pack is top-notch (aesthetics, materials, breathable material, etc.) another important detail was the sealed and protected mouthpiece.I must admit, I was initially hesitant to order this product due to the lack of reviews, but I am so glad I took the chance. If you're in need of a reliable and stylish hydration solution, look no further. 100% recommend!

A BIG disappointment
So disappointed by this piece of gear...I've been using the less expensive running vests I've found on Amazon for a few years. Finally decided to spring for a Nathan. NOT WORTH IT. The lower cost options are BETTER. Here's why:Very few pockets on the Nathan, and they're small. The cheaper alternatives have more pockets and they're bigger. The hose clamp and setup is wonky and bothersome when running. It slaps your midsection has you move. Annoying. The bladder it comes with is CHEAP and tastes awful. A plastic taste that lingers. It's also small. While most of the less expensive options do not come with a bladder, you can fit a name brand 2L in the back bladder pouch. Not with the Nathan. Only fits 1.5L or less. The good? The vest is very comfortable. Possibly more comfortable than the lower cost options available, but not by much, and certainly not enough to justify a cost of way more than double.I am really disappointed in this gear. I've already ran in it and perspired profusely, so it wouldn't be right to return it, but I wish I could.Get the less expensive alternatives available on Amazon, and use the savings to purchase a big name brand bladder whose name is the back of a desert, four-legged animal with hooves. You'll be better off.

1.5 liter water bladder
It says it’s a 3 liter bladder, but the bladder only actually holds 1.5 liters. Other than that, it’s a great vest. Will need to carry supplemental water for longer hikes.

Perfect for me
Recommended by a friend, this was a good model for me, stays snug up higher on back then other models that go lower. Water slosh sound isn’t back at all and I would notice (I usually get 18 miles in with bag half full). Front pockets hold fuel and phone easily. Works well for me. I even put it in the washer on cold after long runs and let it air dry and it’s still going.

Favorite pack
This is my go to pack. I have an identical one just as pack up. Durable. Easy to clean. Comfy on my back even when bladder is completely full. I even had room for snacks
