Poor quality for the price
I have had mine installed for 2 months and was out of town for one month so it was hardly used. The lower swivel stripped and won’t tighten now so I had to purchase a new swivel arm. Once it’s in place there is no need to adjust it so it shouldn’t wear out. Poor material quality on this!!

Nice unit, quality is questionable
Love the shower head and spray head especially. Price is great. I dont love the leaks that come from connectors. Cant get them tight enough even with plumbing tape to keep them from leaking when u turn on the water. Screw sections are clearly not deep enough. Made in China so...go figure.

I bought this shower head on October 13-2022 and I had to replace it 3 days ago the arm let loose and couldn’t tighten it back up because the nut striped tried to replace wouldn’t work because the screw lost threads

Shower head adaptor leaks . Went to lowes to buy and replace the adaptor.
