Totally recommend
So many things good about this capsule! I take this every night. It relaxes my mind and helps me to sleep. Regular sized capsule that is comfortable to swallow. I take it about one hour before I want to go to bed.

Impressive
These are very impressive, no groggy after effects. Depending on my level of tiredness going into it, taking one of these can kick in fast, 20 minutes if already sleepy to 40 minutes if I've stayed up to long and am over-tired. They work much better than the antihistamine type.

Work for sleep
These do work to make me feel tired. As well as prescribed meds. The only drawback is the groggy feeling in the morning. And for some reason my eyes crust very slightly when I take them.

Awesome
My husband and I both use these supplements and we both love them. They help us get some great sleep. We plan on keeping this on hand as long as they keep on making it. I HIGHLY recommend thus product. If you are looking for a great night's sleep give this a try. It is GREAT!!!

Fail Product
It seem to have great ingredients but it doesn't aid in putting you to sleep it's not a good product and I put one star because Amazon will not let you post a review whish is somewhat crazy because Amazon want you to give an legitimate review but still require you to put a star "legitimate" review yea right

Sleepy next day.
Works but I'm sleepy the next day. Would be nice if it was a capsule so I could cut in half and maybe that would help. Not sure if it's one ingredient or several that's causing the drowsiness.

it works!
I am able to go to sleep if i take it within a half hour of bedtime . I am happy i don’t have a hangover in the am like i do after i taking other types of OTC drug sleep aids
