This is a sturdy product. Welded tines, powder coated, heavy gage steel, sufficient height, width & weight, easy to assemble with spare parts & tools included. The soil needs to be somewhat moist to use effectively, like other aeration tools including broadforks.

Tried on a dry day with the clay soil and was challenging. Waited until it rained and worked great. Down side was the height. I managed okay at 5’7” but no way my 6’2” husband would be able to use.

Terrible product. Easy to put together, then barely works and breaks within the first time being used. Dont wast your time or money.

The tool is everything I hoped it would be and more. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the tool for cleaning out the hollow slots is actually a dandelion digger, and the handles are padded. Nice touches.

I think this was a good idea for already worked on gardens and maybe softer dirt yards. However we were working our yard and trying to get things ready and we do live in an area with a lot of clay in the gruond. It didn't break, but it was a workout trying to get it in some spots.Went together easy and quick.Worked great in the garden box that was already dug down and resoiled.

I was in doubt from the beginning but I still gave it a try. My ground was watered but I still found it very difficult to insert the forks inside the ground. Very tough on foot/leg. Then I had to clean the forks frequently which was a big pain. All in all I didn’t like it. It may be ok for a tiny lawn.

So I saw all these negative reviews but I thought I would take a chance. The first one arrived with a crack in one of the posts so I immediately sent that back. The second one worked flawlessly and I was sure to use it when the lawn was damp per the instructions, makes it much easier. Look I only paid $10.00 and I do have a small lawn so it worked for me. I did remove 1 star because I had to send the first one back. Very happy with this tool so far!

Thick metal. Will last a long time. And does job.

Awesome product. Made good use of it ,making nice holes. Easy on the back and the right height for me . I'm 5'5"

Use to hard

Very bad design,too narrow,double the size better.

Very weak quality and breaks easily. Also the cores just keep getting stuck, not worth the price.
