I live in part of the country where most of the doctors are idiots.I couldn't breath out of my left nostril properly for several years.ENT doctor said there was not a problem. IDIOT!Drove two hours to periodontist. Periodontist said my left sinus was full of fluid, and prescribed an antibiotic pill prior to recommended procedure.I slowly regained partial function in the left nostril, but no further improvement.I did a bit of product research on line, and ran across two products that really seem to help.This LiviaOne Nasal Spray one of them.My wife has used LiviaOne Topical for many years, and continues to do so.I have also used LiviaOne Topical in my ears when allergies flare up, which really helps a LOT!After about a week of using this product I noticed my left nostril beginning to improve, and it continues to do so.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I am only on the second day of use and already I am seeing bits of biofilm breaking up and leaving the nasal cavity. The biofilm can only grow there by changing the nasal flora, and this spray is replacing what the biofilm needs to survive. Five stars!

These gave me more congestion than I had before using the product. Tried to contact seller through Amazon site and just keep getting an auto NO REFUND message then sent back to Amazon site.

Well, "easy to use" as long as you're not the type to have trouble using nasal sprays in general. Let's just say, for me, easier than other sprays. (Still had to scramble for a tissue before it started dripping down my face.)In any case, just pop off the protective cap, insert into nostril, and give it a couple of pumps."Natural products"... I'll admit I don't really believe that natural is inherently better than synthetic outside of specific factors like being allergic to insert-ingredient-here. But for those of you who do have such allergies or any other kind of sensitivity that may make conventional medications hard to deal with, this stuff works great! It doesn't produce any kind of burning sensation going into the nose--it says it's made of water and a "proprietary blend of three grasses" and it really does feel like water is the main ingredient--doesn't have any weird smell or aftertaste, and I feel like it actually helped to clean out my nasal passages. It also cleared up that annoying sensation I get in the back of my nose when I feel a cold coming on, though as I'm not inclined to think that the probiotics will be QUITE enough I'll still be taking cold medicine to make sure of things.

Works quickly and just as well as competitors, without the harmful drugs.

As someone who suffers from chronic sinusitis, I love being able to actually coat my sinuses with probiotics. This nasal spray is very easy to use, and the taste is very neutral. I felt that the price point was fair for the quality of the product and will definitely buy it again.

Easy to use. Keeps my nasal passages clear. I feel it helps to prevent sinus infections. Just my opinion. Two of my family members got upper respiratory infections but I did not.

I'm so glad I have this spray. I'm just upset that I found it so late. I love that this is a safe, natural nasal spray. It's not harsh like the prescription ones I have. It angles and squirts right where I need the relief from my congestion. I like that it doesn't run down my nose without working first. There's a brief sensation of numbness for a second but it feels like the probiotics at work. I get relief for a few hours and there's no weird after taste in my throat or air passageway. One to two pumps in each nostril can be sprayed up to three times per day. I don't know, but there's just a little added comfort knowing that natural ingredients are being sprayed that close to my brain. The cherry on top is that this spray comes as a set of two bottles, so I can keep one at home in my medicine cabinet and the other in my desk at work. So thoughtful! I really like this brand so far:)
