Very Nice, Would Have Been 5 Stars, but...
A very nice ski bag and a very good value. The 175 cm length is perfect for my daughter's 158 cm skis. The black, canvas-like polyester material with waterproof lining appears to be very durable and should offer some rip resistance. The nylon handle and shoulder strap are well stitched to the bag. The shoulder strap would be more useful/ better balanced if the anchor points for the clips were spaced farther apart. The ID tag insert with clear plastic cover is a very nice touch. Overall, I would have rated this 5 stars if the EI ELEMENT EQUIPMENT logo was stitched as depicted by Amazon/Summit Shop. One of the product images even shows the back side of the "stitched" logo on the inside of the open bag. Very disappointing (and misleading) that the logo is ironed/stamped on instead.

OK but won't hold a shape.
I returned this bag because they forgot to give me the shoulder strap that it's supposed to have. It seemed well made for the inexpensive bag it was, but I would only recommend it for off season storage, not travel. The bag had no padding of any kind and would only hold a shape at its extreme ends leaving the entire middle portion to be just a flat piece of material. I purchased padded model of this bag (twice the price) and am very happy it.

Seems Good
Reading some other reviews I came to the conclusion that my 190.6cm powder skis (122mm underfoot) would probably have plenty of room in the 190cm ski bag. I just packed them up and they fit without pushing/chafing the ends, but just barely. I wouldn’t go more than a few cm over 190 for this bag. Overall seems like a good ski bag. I’ll see if it holds up.

Good basic unpadded ski bag, will fit your biggest boards
Quite roomy, may fit two pair of skis and poles or your Alaska 117mm wide 190's.

Using this to corral loose things for camping
It's not holding skis, but it is holding the following: tent poles for two travel trailer awnings (one has a tent attachment); a bag of tent stakes; a bag of tie-down straps for the awnings; a large dog bed that comes apart (4 metal poles; 4 corners with feet; the bed part); and a bunch of other stuff I can't remember. This ski bag was the best solution I found to corral all the loose stuff so I wouldn't be hunting all over for little pieces. Now, this bag come out of the travel trailer first since it carries all the supplies needed to set up the awnings and dog bed. It's a big long for the tent poles but I'm sure I will find other things that need to be contained. No problem finding it among the other dull colored equipment bags since I bought the Aztec pattern.
