US Army Official License Structured Front Side Back and Visor Embroidered Hat Cap

Cheap embroidery that does not represent soldiers well
I was hoping for my next ten year hat, this is not it. I’m very disappointed with the embroidery stitching for the logos and all the rest of the stitching as well, I will wear this brand new hat as a work hat. I’m honestly pissed off about the quality since I usually get an Army hat and wear it until it turns to tatters and retire it to my showcase. This hat will probably not make it there, I have worn three hats since 2001 unfortunately this one is making me look for a quality hat instead

Not worth the price.
I'm a combat veteran who wanted a new hat for Memorial Day and got caught up in the moment. This is a 6 panel hat made with very light material compared to other hats I own. The 2-star rating is because the ornamentation (don't know how to spell embroidery) is good. The sweat band is rather flimsy. The brim, aka visor, has two rows of stitching to hold the material in place which is the least amount of visor stitching on any hat I have ever owned. Bottom line is this is not an everyday hat and had I seen and examined this hat in a brick and mortar store I would not have bought it for the price I paid.

TOO BAD
This cap was good looking and the price was ok, but mine had the logo stitched off center to where I could not stand to wear it. For veterans, think of your gig line being too much one way or the other; it just doesn't look right. I just opted for another style and it looks great.

Another Army Hat, and a nice one
I was extremely surprised that this fit me perfectly. I have a large hat size and was presently surprised. I have had many compliments on the hat. I have another Army hat that is black, and I have never seen anything like it before, so I need to give it a rest. Other than my VFW and American Legion Hat this is all the hats I have. (well a few winter hats.) I will be back to purchase some more from this site. Oh, one more thing - When they say it is a structured hat, it is a very solid had, not something you can crumble.

An old US Army Vet
Bought this for myself. I liked that it had the Army Shield instead of the Star that came about after my service. The hat is well made and can be adjusted for the right fit. The back of the hat is stitched per description, it not embroidered as some assumed. The fact that it is not a mesh back makes it a better choice for cool weather.
