I was continually searching for a hot cream for fat burning purposes because my original hot cream “eco hot” wasn’t sold on Amazon anymore. This is natural as well and is sensitive skin approved👍🏾 It did come in a bag and it is a squirt dispenser so it was spilled a little upon arrival. However, don’t let it be a huge issue, still a great product. It also makes you sweat but it’s not overbearing! Get it!

I have finally used most of the jar. I can say I do see a change! It does work best if you wrap plastic wrap around you with this product. But also works just fine with a waist trainer on. If I do not do anything other than putting the cream on and no wraps it doesn't feel like its working, but it has to be because like I said I have noticed a difference. Just works a little better with the wraps on in my opinion. Overall its a great product! I recommended it to my mom and it is actually helping with her diverticulitis issues. She puts it on every morning while getting ready for work. Really great product!

Not a bad item but I wouldn't suggest putting on a wrap. I've used others that got warm and even hot but I decided to try putting this on and wrapping my abdomen. It got so hot that it burned me really bad. I had to jump in the shower and put cool water to relieve the pain.For me, this gets way too hot to use with a wrap.

very good cream, lasts 2 hours, so if you are planning to go for a walk after it, better postpone the procedure, but over time you get used to it, I really liked it, I’ve already used it three times and lost 4lb

Some People says that this cream is too spacy but I didn't feel nothing, jut made me sweat A LOT! loving it. ordering more.

I've been using this product for 3 months now. I use it on my stomach with a waist trainer while I run. It definitely heats up, I've used it during the hottest days this summer but the intensity of the heat didn't bother me too much. My stomach gets sweaty as hell, which is fine by me. I've definitely trimmed down the inches on my stomach and will continue to use this product.

I was looking for a hot cream for sore, overworked muscle relief when my favorite cream became unavailable. This is NOT a good replacement! ZERO HEAT!The cream had a significant amount of mint/menthol/eucalyptus type ingredients, so I was worried that it might be a cooling product...but that wasn't the case either.I got a slightly cool feel after application that lasted maybe a half hour and nothing more. No icing, no heat, no pain relief. I have used peppermint essential oil that has provided deep cooling tissue relief, but I couldn't tell there was a drop of peppermint in this. Less cooling than eating mint chocolates...if that gives you a better analogy.I wouldn't recommend at all. Not buying again and wish I could return it.
