Great sound, great phone clarity...short life
I really liked this earpiece. Pricey, but fit great to my ear and behind the ear. Not too bulky. Stayed in place during vigorous workouts (running, sit-ups, elliptical). Loved the 'Voice caller ID' for phone calls. I really hate that it stopped working. This was my 2nd one and can't find a similar replacement that hopefully will last longer that at least a year.. Purchased in Aug 2018, stopped working (wouldn't take a charge) April 2019.

My dad has not lost this and hasn’t broken it so it deserves five stars. He needs it to be loud and to be able to be seen if left on a table etc so if this works for my dad it will definitely work for most.

Not worth buying unless you get insurance.
Didn't last very long. The sound quality went out first. Still looks brand new, just doesn't work.
