I just moved to a new place and wanted a comfy seat to play games from. After a lot of browsing different brands I decided on the Lumaland 4ft in Navy, and I’m incredibly glad I took the leap on this one! While pricey, it’s quality and comfort is far superior to any normal bean-filled bag I’ve sat in. The foam definitely gives a lot of support while still being comfy enough to sink in and relax. I was initially worried the 4ft would be too small (I’m 5’10”, 180lbs) but this thing is a BEAST, plenty large enough for any way to lay in it. There was a bit of a smell, like a musty new mattress, but that faded within 24 hours. I would definitely say worth every penny.I’ve seen some reviews saying their bags didn’t inflate all the way or there wasn’t enough foam. Tip on getting it out of the box and inflated quick: unzip it from the bag and go to /town/ on it. Seriously, abuse this sucker. Jump on it, squish it, ride it like a pony at the derby, really get your hands in there and give it the business. All the foam has to un-clump first in order to fully inflate. After about 15 min of some serious exercise it went from the crumpled cube to an already fairly-sized monster. Final pic in the navy cover is the next day, dog used for size progression reference. (Probably a bad idea, because now I can’t get him off it.)My only cons so far are with the cover. If you have an animal that sheds, maybe get a cover color that matches their hair. The micro suede picks up hair and dirt off the floor like a magnet and it’s already driving me nuts! It’s soft and has help up well so far after a wash and some light usage, but I might order a different color cover later to hide dirt/hair better. It’ll save me lint rollers.TL;DR Comfy and supportive, cover shows dirt/hair but not a deal breaker. Worth the price, buy it.

We updated our old deflated bean bag with this 4 foot LumaLand "foam filled" bean bag. Debated b/w the 4 ft and 5 ft version but this one fits perfectly in our TV room, not too big, not too small and at 40 lbs, it's not too heavy to move around for vacuuming. It's a very comfortable place to chill and watch TV, especially for small kids and teenagers. I recommend also using a small neck pillow for extra support. Definitely takes some manual work to tear apart the condensed foam upon arrival, but it's a fun project jumping on it, hitting it, kicking it, and rolling it around the floor. We had 3 people working on it for about an hour for this 4 foot version. The more people the better! It easily fits inside the high quality cover thanks to a generously large zipper so I recommend initially breaking apart the foam with the cover off. Later on, removing it to throw the cover in the washing machine won't be an issue. Filling expanded nicely after a couple of days. After 2 weeks it is completely full and comfy. No issues with any smell. It's a nice quality upgrade to our old deflated bean bag. I highly recommend.

I was initially skeptical of how a bean bag would fit into my living room and how it would feel, but I was really impressed with the quality of this one. My friend has two 3 foot ones and she recommended Lumaland to me. Initially, I was gonna get the 3-foot model but then decided to splurge and get the 5-foot version because I wanted something that could hold two people.It took a few days to arrive and it was packed really well and the instructions for cutting the packaging away were clear. The cover for the bean bag is really soft and stylish (I chose the dark grey one) and it fits really well with my other furniture (plus it's removable so it's easy enough to wash, though I haven't had to wash it yet). Prepping the bag was also pretty fun actually!I put the bag inside the cover and then proceeded to go nuts on it. Kicking, punching, lifting, rolling, pressing, and pushing it all around my living room. I'd say spend about 30 minutes doing that and making sure all the clumps of memory foam are broken up within the bag. I think this ensures that it expands fully and feels the best it can.Anyway, I definitely recommended the 5-foot version if you want an easy, fun way to add seating to your home for lounging, napping, studying, and playing video games! Also, something I realized is that if you partially lean it up against a wall it becomes a really comfy throne!

Well the reviews aren’t kidding, it is quite a task getting this together. If it’s worth it I’m not sure yet, I’ll add to my review after I’ve used it for a while. When you take the compressed filled beanbag out of the box and zippered blue case (which is difficult), pull the plastic bag out from around the block. Then pull the fabric of the beanbag out. At this point you can open the beanbag and look in to see the block of foam. I left it for 6 hours before I started removing chunks of the block. Doing so, the block got bigger and a bit easier to break apart than it was right out of the box. You will get foam everywhere. And there are crinkling plastic pieces mixed in with the foam occasionally that you want to take out. I had a small pile of them. Do it on carpet if you can so you can vacuum the foam up, sweeping won’t work because it sticks to everything. Don’t be afraid to throw the beanbag around but be careful jumping on it when you’re breaking up the fill, I almost rolled my ankle doing so because there were big chunks left. You really need to break them up with your hands. The entire thing including vacuuming up the mess took me an hour (minus the 6 hrs to let it inflate slightly before pulling it apart). It’s gotten bigger since I’ve finished. This pic is taken 6 hours after I was done. I am occasionally fluffing it by picking it up and shaking/dropping it on the ground on both sides. This thing is huge. It’s comfortable but not super comfortable. It’s no love sac. It’s pretty firm. But I will update after more use, just wanted to get some helpful tips out there!

I bought this for my kids BUT the dogs think it’s their new dog bed. Easy to wash the cover, easy to fluff, very comfy and fits 2 dogs and a grown man. Comes in a small box, heavy box, and then it gets huge.

The media could not be loaded. This couch is comfortable and can fit 2 adults lying on their back, or when rotated 90° can fit 3 people sitting. This couch is mostly for guests. I personally haven’t found it the most comfortable to sleep on extensively but is perfect for a small nap. It also helps me friends relax and I’m proud they feel this comfortable at my place 😂

Phenomenal quality of beanbag. Straight up one of the highest quality beanbags I’ve ever seen. The fill quality is amazing. They are hefty so expect that. Also the 5’ measurement is when it’s fluffed up and round, once you get on it, it flattens out more allowing even more room. You will never EVER hit bottom in this beanbag. Our kids use them for stunt mats and they are perfect, I’m sturdy 6’4” and I can jump on it and it’s nothing but clouds. Really remarkable.Also a note about the seller. They went above and beyond to help get these to us in time for our kids birthdays (we have 2 of these beanbags). Wonderful to deal with and good to their word.The fill used in these bags...honestly I can’t say enough about it. It’s going to last a lifetime. When it comes to beanbags fill is everything.

10 days passed since opening the box this came in. Followed all instructions by the manufacturer to ensure the filling airs and expands to its full size, as promised by the manufacturer. Very disappointed the bean bag is nowhere near its intended fullnes, softness and comfort. I sink in and feel the floor when sitting in it. This is unacceptable for the price I paid for this item which is supposedly rated very high. Zero value delivered. Contacted Amazon Customer Service to extend my disappointment to the manufacturer. I expect the manufacturer to rectify this problem or take the item back for a full refund. Will update my post once I receive an answer.Update: The manufacturer was quick to return following my complaint, and very collaborative in resolving the issue, offering another full-size filling to be shipped immediately or a full refund. Very pleased we opted for the new filling. Delivery was quick. The package had a note inside “please pull from new stock 7ft”. The new filling expanded fully within 12 hours.Purple one on the right is our original purchase, taken out of the box more than 2 weeks ago. Beige filling on the left is the new replacement filling after the first 12 hours of unpackaging. The difference in fullness is clearly visible. Don’t know if old stock versus new stock makes a difference in terms of fluffiness, but ours seemed to be a lemon. With the replacement filling, our Lumaland 7ft now looks and feels right. Our kids love lounging on it. We’re considering getting a smaller extra cover to see if we can repurpose the original filling. Nice save. Product quality is great if it arrives and expands as designed. Customer Service very attentive to customer needs. Highly recommend.

You will absolutely love this thing. Don't think about it. Just buy it
