These work!
After buying the Hartz diapers and having poop and pee leaks everywhere, I decided to try these. The tail hole is so small that you have to pull the tail through, and that is the key to preventing leaks. No leaks in these! Bought the XS size for my 5 lb female cat.

Feline diapers
Easy to fit for 6 month old kitten with "manx syndrome". He tolerates well. Good quality.

Doesn't fit well, not easy to use
Ordered this brand to try after using the slightly more expensive Hartz diapers. My cat measures about 10-11" on the waist and ~7 lbs. With the Hartz diapers, I had ordered size small, which their chart shows fits 10-13.5" waist, 7-11 lbs. Assuming they would be relatively close in fit, I ordered the small for the PetSoft diapers, which are supposed to fit 9-16" and 6-13 lbs. I definitely should have opted for the XS (8-12" waist, 4-8 lbs), as she was swimming in the Small size.We found these diapers very difficult to get on the cat. First, the foam tail hole is SMALL, like it would barely fit a shaved cat's tail -- even ripping the foam a little bit so as to not cause discomfort with her fur as we tried to get it over her tail, it was difficult to get it on her tail. Additionally, the dimensions of the diaper were a bit off, maybe better for a dog than a cat? Really had problems trying to get the bottom part of the diaper to wrap easily around her belly and pull the straps up comfortably around the front of her legs so they could be connected to the back of the diaper, and the stomach area was pretty baggy. Also, the straps did not secure as firmly to the diaper as the Hartz diaper. So a poor fit all around, not easy to get on the cat, and then when she was wandering around the house, the diaper came off - when we found the diaper, one of the straps was loose, and she had already worn the diaper all night, so we're not sure if she managed to pull a strap loose on her own, or if it had easily snagged against something first.Plus points of the diaper: material is very soft. And it was extremely absorbant, so there was no leakage. But the poor sizing of the diaper and the difficulty with getting it to fit properly do not compensate for its absorbant qualities.Going back to Hartz diapers.

Cute design, fits well but could use improvements
Worked nicely on my 18 year old cat with occasional bladder issues when she deep sleeps. My cat handles it well and is used to wearing diapers at this point, can use the litter box normally but she just needs some protection when she sleeps throughout the day. I do have to stretch out the tail hole since it’s quite small. I feel like these diapers would benefit with a wetness indicator so you know when to change.

They really work
We purchased the Extra Small size it fit her at 6 lbs with room to spare. She must have been comfortable in them because she never tried to get them off.Our 24 year old Maine coon cat was having problems making it to the box at night,& she slept with us. It was important to find pet diapers that would work. These diapers were the best product I have ever used. They were comfortable on her. She moved around in them with no problems and they never once leaked. “She put them to the test.” Best part I could easily remove the tabs to see if she needed a change. Super easy to use. They came with a nice premade hole for her tail that could be made larger if needed without compromising the fit. Last they came in a cute pink checkered pattern. She was our girl so it was a nice bonus. Compared with the pet stores these cat or small dog or rabbit diapers were cheaper and better quality and came in a 24 pack. Good price and great quality.

Don't work for cat
No instructions how to put on a cat and the only picture which may offer clues on the package completely covered by the shipping label. But most importantly, they don't work for our cat. We tried two Small diapers for our 9 lb female cat, did our best to secure them properly, and she wiggled out of them in a few minutes.May work for dogs but should not be advertised for cats.

The only effective diaper for cats
I have a cat who is incontinent with both urine and his bowels. Finding a diaper that works has taken me years, but this is it. It's made specifically for cats with a tail opening that actually prevents leakage. This is the biggest thing. Every other diaper I've tried has leaked huge amounts. Even when I adapted the tail hole with medical tape, the others would leak quite a bit. Also, you can adjust the fastening tape on these. Other brands lose their stickiness the minute you fasten them, so if you don't get it perfect the first try (on a wiggly cat, it's sometimes hard), you have to use a whole new diaper or tape over it. With these, you simply move it where you need it and it's fine. Finally, these diapers do a better job than any I've tried of keeping the moisture away from my cat's skin. Other brands allowed urine to soak the entire area under the diaper. With these, only the area nearest the point of emission gets damp and it's not soaked. This allows me to wipe him off and bathe him only once a day rather than after every pee. He greatly appreciates this as he despises baths.Like any diaper, if your cat has rear leg mobility, they will likely be able to squirm out of it. This one seems to be more comfortable and less bulky, so he doesn't fight it as much, but I do use a post-surgical recovery suit to keep it in place when he is going to be on his own for more than a few minutes.I'm extremely happy to have found these diapers. They are my go-to.

It’s okay for just containing..
These do the job of containing bathroom incidents. They do require adjustment for the tail area, the X where the hole exists is too small and needs to be cut.The negative of this product, and it’s a bit of a big one, is the absorbency is pretty poor. My cat’s rear fur was wet with pee constantly and exasperating problems. I’ve since switched to the Hartz brand which is less plasticky and absorbs far better leaving the fur dry after pees.
