This product is constructed well and fits the Barista Express quite perfectly. There is no movement during extraction, and the naked bottom yields a noticeable improvement to the taste of the espresso. Because there is more splatter, I find that holding the cup near the portafilter during extraction is helpful.

Very sturdy and high quality wood handle. Mates with espresso machine perfectly. It splatters espresso around a little more than a portfilter with the spouts but that is to be expected.

Bought for my Bambino and I am not disappointed. Replaced the basket with an IMS and this thing performs great! I read some reviews it is tight, but just pour a single shot without the portafilter in first and in it twist in perfectly.

There has been a design change since I bought my first two Cross Creek 54 mm portafilters (2022 and early 2023). The first two were fine. The last two I recently ordered were heavier and shaped differently from the previous ones. The biggest issue is the filter basket is almost impossible to remove even using a little tool designed for that purpose. I kept hoping it would improve with use but it is still very hard to separate from the holder. The last one I ordered (hoping the previous one was perhaps defective) wouldn't separate at all so I'm returning it. Too bad as the old design worked well.

I used if for a year and handle wears off very easily

It looks very nice, feels solid, fits the Breville Barista Express, comes apart to clean, but it doesn’t work. It splashes coffee everywhere except into the cup below. Returned it.

I use this exclusively. Buy it if you want a bottomless for your Breville, it's perfectly priced for beginners but quality enough for intermediate users.

This beautifully finished and sturdy handle, when paired with an IMS basket(I recommend upgrading from the included basket) was a game changer for my Breville Barista Express. The visual feedback is very helpful for dialing in shots, plus it looks so much cooler as a single stream and the walnut handle adds a nice wood touch to my setup. Highly recommend.
