I just received my medical alert bracelet. I ordered Style 6. I contacted the seller and was able to have the plate switched to the plate shown in Style 6-02, which has the red medical symbol. I chose it because the red symbol would be more readily recognized be emergency personnel. I had the engraving on the back done in the Courgette font. It is pretty and easy to read. The bracelet is very pretty! I love it! I can't comment on the durability of the bracelet itself and will update my review if I have any problems. I will say that the seller is very easy to work with and wants to make the customer happy. If you want something changed, as I did, they will do their best to make you happy!

I love the color. It’s beautiful pink beads are easy to wear. I would recommend that anyone needing a bracelet get this one. I had to get a friend to adjust it because it was too big. Will get another one if needed.

I liked that they made it easy to select my size. Engraving is neat and clear. Beaded band is pretty and seems very secure.

I bought this for my teenage daughter. She just started wearing a medical alert bracelet and she really liked the beaded kind because it was more her style.The first bracelet broke just doing everyday life stuff, she said she did not pull on it. We figured she just needed to be more careful. We bought the second bracelet and the closing mechanism on the clip broke. It doesn't close or open anymore. It is useless. The way the bracelet is designed we can not remove it and just replaced. They made it so it can not be removed. We now need to order a THIRD bracelet. We are ordering a completely different type of bracelet. They may look good and cute but they are NOT worth the money.Plus, the font is very hard to read. When you are customizing the writing it looks legible on the computer but when we got it, it is tiny and very hard to read.

Editing my review to 3 stars. When i got this bracelet i was very excited. As someone who had to go through something tramatic and where this for 3 years, it was cute. But its only been 7 months and it already snapped in my sleepi take it off to shower. I never get it wet. I never pull or tug on it. And one random night in my sleep it fully snapped on both sides. The metal wire inside broke in half on both sides. Disappointing to say the least considering now i need to either order from another seller or try to put it all on a bracelete rope. Also the plate that has the medical symbol scratches super easily. After a week it looked like it was a year old. Very disappointing.ORIGINAL REVIEW: This seller is amazing. I had to get one of these to have for 3 years due to a surgery. I was really stressed about it because I wanted something cute but didn't want it to stand out. All the cute ones were very expensive. I found one from this seller and it was really cute and also engravable. I ordered it and it came 2-3 weeks early. I LOVE it. So cute, engraving is nice and legible, and such quick shipping...I'm so surprised. This seller is great and thank you for making me feel at ease about wearing this for the next 3 years!

I loved the look of the bracelet. It was the prettiest medical alert bracelet I had found. And it came quite quickly which really made me happy as I was taking a trip to the Florida Keys and didn't want to be wearing a white plastic medical alert bracelet on the beach. Unfortunately, a couple months after getting home the bead stringing broke. It was past any time for 'returns' etc. but I wrote the seller and told them about it. They said they would absolutely replace the beads at their cost for shipping, all I needed to do was to send them a picture, which I did. I am very happy to report I have my new beads for it and couldn't be happier. Great customer service on the sellers part.
