Wonderful Seasoning Use It On Evertything for a 'POP' of Savory Flavor
I have to say that while yes this is salty ..it is NOT TOO Salty. Do not think just 'chicken' this adds a wonderful savory flavor to everything. We use this to flavor mashed potatoes, potato salad, we use this in a rub for fish, chicken and beef. It adds a wonderful flavor to everything soups, scrambled eggs. Sprinkle on deviled eggs. Any thing that is savory .. wonderful on sauteed mushroom in butter. We do not use salt ...just some of this seasoning to taste and the flavor of the food in enhanced wonderfully. The only complaint I have is that my first jar had a plastic top inside that had holes and we could sprinkle the product ... I threw the jar away assuming the next would come with that lid. Sadly it did not. My next one also did not come with the lid ..so if your lucky enough to have that lid on your jar .. do not throw it away ..save it for your next order. And I cannot imagine not getting a 'next' order. :) I have this on auto ship ... cannot be without it. Just add to taste and it will not be 'too salty'. Of course we do not add regular salt .... just this along with some other wonderful seasonings that we get from Amazon also.

Perfect For What I Use It For
We use this to make sauces and seasonings.1) The taste is good, just like premium dry bouillon in the stores.2) Blends into a seasoning mix easily.3) The price point makes it a good value per ounce.The only "complaint" is that once opened it clumps easily. But since we blend it into other products using a bullet blender it's not a real issue.

This is vegetarian but tastes like the real thing
This bouillon is perfect for sauces, gravies or just a hot drink. It only takes 1/2 teaspoon for a cup of water and tastes good.

Lower sodium? This stuff is a salt lick.
The first ingredient is salt. I don't understand how they can say it has lower sodium. By the time you add enough of this stuff to make it tastes beefy enough, it's too salty for consumption. I guess if you start off with beef broth, maybe it would be beefy enough but the amount of sodium that ends up in whatever you are making is just too salty. Personally, I don't know if I will be touting lower sodium on any product where the first ingredient is salt. Definitely need to get something that doesn't have any sodium to begin with, then you can tailor what you are making to suit your tastes.

It is too salty for our tastes. To be fair, though, it doesn’t claim to be low sodium. Pretty good if you don’t mind the salt.

I gotta tell you I was pleasantly surprised on this one! The taste is very rich but isn’t too salty, it’s got a great chicken flavor. I like that it has limited ingredients compared to the usual bouillon I buy, and a lot less sodium. It does contain milk so if you are intolerant be aware of that. I really like it and would repurchase it 😊

It's chicken. It's bouillon. It's chicken bouillon. One scoop, you've got a nice broth. Two scoops, you've got a sodium-induced headache. Just like any other bouillon.What else should I say? It's chicken bouillon, buy it or something.
