I ordered this stuff when the "dehydrated honey powder" that I usually buy jumped in cost. The price on this stuff remained reasonable so I thought Id try it. Well, this stuff tastes like its more sugar than honey. Its also got a very slight aftertaste, sort of like you get from artificial sweeteners(Im pretty sensitive to that aftertaste). I dont know for sure if they use artificial sweeteners in this stuff or not. Im just telling you what I taste from it. Anyway, this honey "powder" isnt "powder" at all. Its like a jar of tiny processed little balls. The stuff that I usually buy is true "powder" complete with a few lumps and clumps. And the stuff that I usually buy tastes like honey and acts like honey when wetted. This stuff doesnt do either. I guess Ill be going back to what I usually buy. I gave 3 stars because there isnt anything technically wrong with this stuff as a product, I suppose. If its what you're use to then you probably think this stuff is great. Im not use to it though, and have had much better-in my opinion.

It’s not really powdery. It’s rather grainy and needs to be grounded more. It’s like the size of poppy seeds but firmer.

This is great with the peanut butter powder I buy because we don't use either every day and it's always fresh and convenient. It's often a savior for me when I don't like the taste if some of the supplements I blend.

Great product

I love the convenience of being able to spoon out honey with out the mess. This dissolves well even in cold drinks. It has a great flavor. The flavor is very different than my local honey but is delicious!Easily portable!

This is absolutely wonderful! Great tasting as well! I drink hot teas and don't like to use sugar or "diet" sugars. When I found this, I was jumping up and down with joy. Sure, I can and have used honey; however, honey is hit or miss and has a slight off taste in my teas. This is just perfect! I measure it by spoonfuls and adjust my sweetness to taste...and it is just as if I added sugar, but with the benefits of honey. In fact, I'm fixing to order more. This is the "only" sugar I keep now for sweetening drinks or coffee or teas. It is just perfect. I might even try baking with it 8-) Joking...but, who knows...I still believe in buy honey from local honey bee farmers for people suffering from allergies, but that is something you want to take directly by the spoon. This "Honey Powder" should be a regular kitchen stock. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

This may not be a fair review because for whatever reason, this purchase slipped by me. First off, the title states Honey Powder. Of course then, I expected powder. What I received is more like granules--like that of raw sugar. Secondly, I really wanted to add pure honey to one of the bath products that I make and I am strict about ingredients. Imagine how I felt when after reading the ingredients on the package: Organic Cane Juice, Organic Honey. Now pardon me; but if you state that something is honey, I expect to see honey only, or at worst, honey should be listed first--indicating that the product contains more honey than any other ingredient/s. I blame myself for that, as I am usually very cautious about what I buy--literally taking a week or more to solidify purchases from Amazon. How I get on my boyfriend's nerves doing that--especially if he has something he wants from Amazon. Anyway, I now use organic Manuka honey powder and have been using this Cactus Honey Powder (Sugar) to make honey sugar scrubs for personal use. How does it taste? I don't know. I don't do sugar. Sorry.
